If nobody is up to anything sneaky,they should have no concern with the cctvs. Many times ,our safety is in our own hands. The police can only do so much.
This is mass surveillance, a clear violation of human rights. The human rights situation in Singapore is getting worse and worse. I hope that the leaders of the free world countries will initiate sanctions against the officials of the Singaporean authorities. The international community should also help and guide the people of Singapore to overthrow their government and establish a democratic system of government. ( It's a joke LOL )

走廊归市镇理事会管的，所以在走廊装闭路电视就需向市理会申请，那么请问一下，在自家铁门和木门之间的上部装一个直拍这地面行吗? 因为那也会照到走在铁门外的人，门对面只是墙壁，不会拍到邻居家。
如果那算是属于自己家里的范围，但是又会拍到过路人的脚，那需向建屋局申请准证吗?
还有走廊的窗口若是觉得不够安全，但又需常开着，可以怎么办?
我邻居在住家的走廊装了个电眼，我反倒觉得有安全感。因为这会使想干案的人却步。
看到过社区里一邻居的猫眼监控视频。一个男子曾试图撬开他家门锁的过程。记者说话不着重点，大部分人安装监控最重要的原因是安全问题。为跟邻居吵架那种是极少数。若说隐私，如今谁还不曾出现在陌生人的手机照片或视频中？
我只想知道我家的电眼除了自己看得到CCTV公司是不是也看得到？
駭进去，任何人都看得到，所以，装了反而应更小心，偷窥者一大堆，不可不知！
