Hi could do with some advice as soon as I go out of the house hik connect goes offline on my mobile phone soon as I’m back home and it’s near wi if it’s back on any advice so I can resolve this issue
Hi Richard, Sounds like you have added the NVR to your hik connect as an Online device and not actually added it to Hik Connect server. Top right of the app Click the plus Then choose manual adding, Then out put in the serial number of your NVR. That should add it via hik connect server and you should be all good to go
Hi Hassan what web browser are you using to configure it? See stuff like this if your using other stuff than internet explorer without the plugin installed
@@ChargedServices windows laptop. I just can’t seem to get the live view on, when I go to configuration, local it doesn’t give me an option to enter the encryption key.
@@colherron3680 are you trying to log into a camera or an NVR. As I said above that is the key. A camera does not need an encryption key so your looking at the wrong part. If you are logging into an NVR then follow the video again and you need to be on the right page. Check you have the plug-in installed first, you are using a internet explorer as your browser and have added the NVR/camera IP as a trusted site.
