I’ve seen some decorating vids and they leave the backing on the sticker to stop the residue on the back of the kindle. I’ve just myself bought the paper white 11th gen and love it already!!! Just need a case for it now
I had stickers on mine and took them off and it leaves the sticker residue on your kindle and i had to scrub and scrub with goo gone, sea breeze and the last thing I used was soap and it finally came off. I will never put anything on mine ever again.

Cords can wear down and require replacement. Bricks usually don’t.
Kindle always only sends cords. I got mine in 2013 and it was the same case
