When my son was 2 months old, he had RSV. My wife and I tried our best to calm him and help him sleep, but it would only last for maybe 15-30 minutes at a time. After a few near-sleepless nights, I was halfway into another one with him crying in my arms. I was frustrated and tense and I was certain he could sense it, so I put on this track to help calm myself down. I stood in the middle of his room with only his rainbow night light on, hugging him with his head on my shoulder, and felt him fall asleep before the track was over. I stood for over an hour with him to make sure he was comfortable and stayed asleep... and he did.
I have countless pictures and videos of him when he was an infant, but listening to this track makes me miss how little he used to be the most.

EDIT: We just finished listening to it and he’s fast asleep😊
The background noise chirping and the people talking make this very relaxing.
