Wow, amazed myself this morning, after expecting to face plant on my mat, I could balance, even stretching arms out to the front, especially as I find some of the simpler asana so difficult, especially alignment, right hamstrings etc (particularly triangle pose) I expect this is because I have done a hundred "airplanes" with my children at kids yoga over the past few years! Thank you Kino, for being so inspirational to so many. I am a little late to the party, but will follow your challenge nonetheless as I have found so many helpful guidelines in your teaching that has improved my practice no end. Namaste. 💖🙏👼
I’ve always just practiced with the final day. I decided to go back and do the entire 30 day challenge and I’m learning so much about my practice. I always take this pose from standing instead of from the ground up. So ground up my bottom leg isn’t as strong or straight and neitheris my balance. Lol. I have work to do here ❤️

Besides this, people I've never known are leaving supportive comments on my instagram 😊 and it's great thanks a lot!
I felt positivity and good vibes while watching you in this vid. I can't believe you also have a "harder side", I thought it was just me who's having a hard time balancing/bending my other side of the body despite practicing both sides with equal number of breaths.. Is there any explanation on why is that so? Anyway, today honestly is a hard day, I'm having a hard time finding my balance, me legs seems so weak... But this is a challenge that must be faced, no excuses 😂 Thanks so much Kino, for this video and for spreading love and positivity! Namaste! 🙏
+sher tea This pose will get better with practice and over time the sides will even out. But don't force it or stress about it. Just like the you are right handed or left handed, you will also have a dominant leg. Just observe :)

Day 22 done❤ Even though I cant do a lot of movements but today's exercise seemed pretty easy and fun, I did it with just one fell 😂, and indeed I am not the super flexible girl😁, but it is lovely
This is super hard for me. I found myself cannot push the body up at all after pointing one leg back. It's easier when standing and lower the body first step then the leg up. I'll try to make it the right way anyhow. Love your videos!!
Hi Kino! Thank you so much for this months yoga challenge. I think these videos are really great, I have been following them every day, and I have already noticed that with the help of your exercises I align better and receive a better result in my practice. Please continue with this type of challenge and exercises on how to BUILD strength and flexibility over time also in the future. I was also hoping to make a small request if you don't mind :) I have really tight hamstrings, and as a result have trouble straitening my legs in some of the postures that requires a straight leg even though I have pretty good flexibility in for example my hips. Do you have any good advise on exercises that helps opening the hamstrings that maybe you could incorporate in any of these videos? Thanks again! /Maria

Yes, stay tuned for a day of forward bending and repeat all the forward bending days as often as possible
