Did you know that words have… RHYTHM?
Maybe not like a pop song or jazz, but words have rhythm as a result of the stressed and unstressed parts in the word.
Rhythm can help you significantly with your pronunciation and with understanding other people better.
In this episode, I share with you why.

You can address me, CJ Song.
    I'm from South Korea.
Thanks a million for the Rhythm of English Words. You rock.

hello Hada. I am very grateful for your classes. Today you made me reflect on a fact. You said that making mistakes is the best way to learn. So I imagined my ideal English class. One in which mistakes are applauded, and
motivate to commit them. I believe that the audience of a teacher who motivates to make mistakes would be much larger than others whose classes are based on:
*Do not make these mistakes in English.
*If you want to sound like a native do this.
    *These are
    the words you probably mispronounce.
    *Don't say very instead say....
And I know that the intention is not bad, but despite being adults, it is intimidating to make mistakes, to be mocked and in the end the goal of learning English is taking steps
back. Babies, when they mispronounce a word, we applaud them, we want to hug them, just for the intent to do so, and that makes them learn more. Thank you for highlighting the importance and for motivating me to make mistakes!!!!!!

There is a usefull technique that can help you pronouce every word that you see, even if it's a new word. With this technique, you don't have to spend lots of time and effort to acquire a good pronunciation or accent. You just pay a little bit attention in each word that you encounter. 😃
    Here it is!
    1. most likely all the NOUNS with two syllables, we stress at the first syllable. Three-four syllables, we stress at the third syllable.
    2. most likely all the VERBS with two syllables, we stress at the second syllable.
    Good luck everyone.
Thank you Hadar. I love all your videos and I am your fan.

Amazing explanation. I was very curious about the rhythm and intonation in English. I've been noticing this rhythm but I've never understood the real method cause always seems to me that the rhythm was in the sentence but as you explained the rhythm is within each word.

Hi Hadar you know what? When I explain to someone which is my worst part in English I always say "the melody" and "pronunciation " that English speakers use.
Now I know that what I need is to "pronounce" properly but also the "rhythm" that maybe it is the same as "melody" but it sounds more specific both are very important 👍 thank you very much

10:15 So we feel how the language likes to be spoken. That’s brilliant Hadar. You combine the best aspects of a teacher and a coach.
I often struggle with the transition from one specific sound to another. Take something simple like “with the”. I’m well aware of the different pronunciation of the “th” in “with” and “the”. But I stumble upon the combination of the two of them with my tongue. And this goes on with other sound combinations like in “as well” “that thing” “of the” etc. Best whish so from Germany.
