Looks nice, but I still prefer the English voices. I dunno if it's just me, but Japanese VA never matches the characters age imo

Even if you were to speak Japanese in the same tone as English, you will still feel that the voice sounds high because of the intonations of the language. Which is why most people who are foreign tend to find that the Japanese voices don't fit the character's age because the tonal expectations they have for the character tends to differ quite a bit depending on the language they are most used to.
This is one of the biggest reasons why people argue over dubbed or subbed. Voice acting skill aside, the different perception of tone leads to people understanding and recognizing characters differently.
In Xenoblade Chronicles 2, I think Mia has the biggest contrast in image whether Japanese or English.
