    Today recipe is a Hungarian favorite of my family - Creamy Pasta with Cheese and Dill - Kapros Juhtúrós Tészta.
    Easy to make, and delicious.
    Tips:
    For making this dish you can choose your favorite pasta, also Hungarian dumpling is a delicious choice too. See link below how to make Hungarian dumplings.
    Sheep cheese or goat cheese are both delicious, you can use whatever is available in your local market.
    Dill is a very important part of this dish.
    Plan Monterey jack cheese has a very similar taste to Hungarian trappista cheese.
    Ingredients:
    40 dkg - 14.1 oz Pasta (used Pappardelle)
    30 dkg - 10.6 oz Sheep cheese or Goat cheese
    1 bunch of dill chopped
    3 Tbsp butter
    1 1/4 cup heavy whipping cream (unsweetened)
    7 dkg - 2.5 oz Monterey Jack cheese (plan one) or Trappista cheese or any mild cheese of your choice. Grated
    salt to taste

    4O dkg száraz tészta vagy nokedli
    3O dkg Juhtúró vagy kecskesajt
    1 csokor kapor
    3 Evőkanál vaj
    1 1/4 pohár folyékony tejszín (cukrozatlan)
    só ízlés szerint
