- This is the single most difficult game to win at in Mario Party history, odds are 1 in 9 but really as this video shows, more like 1 in 20.
I promise despite editing, Every match you see was played immediately after the last, no breaks to make it look like it took me this long to win.

Panel Panic is so much fun then the Panels of Doom. Because you'll have everyone, including Bowser to join the fun and see everyone falling at the same time. Truly a fun mini-game for everyone to play.

This was my childhood.
I've just run a simulation on my computer, and the results were interesting.
Out of one million trials, the probability of any given panel winning the game is approximately 7.6%, with nearly a third (314 777) of the trials ending in a hypothetical draw.
So, BloodBird01, your estimate of 1 in 20 was fairly close! :D

Panel Panic is Panels of Doom meets the Game Show Network show Russian Roulette taken a step further.
It's easy to explain why the odds aren't 1 in 9. If the odds were 1 in 9, then it would be guaranteed that everyone wins. But as you could see, there were games where nobody wins.
When the game gets down to 2 people, there's a 50:50 chance that both people will be eliminated.
What if the two players rolled a number that they weren't standing on?,or what if all players rolled 1 number of the 9

For those of you who do not understand this mini-game listen up! The player (Yoshi) plays with 8 computer players. They all choose their space (1-9). Then they roll a dice block and every number that any of the players' hit will fall! It repeats until one person (or nobody) is left standing!

A problem with this game though is the fact that the numbers you can roll are the numbers that are left. So let's say everyone rolls 6 7 8 and 9 in the next round they removed the possibility of rolling a 6 7 8 or 9 which is why Wario and Waluigi both lost at the beginning. Homestly i think this game should've allowed people to roll all numbers every round increasing the tension when there are only a few left

One time me and my friends took out 2 bags of sunchips and about 6 six-packs of soda and played only this minigame for the whole night. It was epic.
It takes on average two die rolls to determine a winner.
Round 1: 35% survival chance, avg of 3 people move on to second round.
Round 2: 29% survival chance, a winner is usually determined here.
Predicted win rate: 10.1% or about a 1/10 win chance.
This makes sense as there is the possibility of no winner.

Dude... can you imagine if this mini-game was real? I mean sure it would be hard.. but like its a floating platform in the air, then there are numbers on them. Have you and 8 other friends roll a dice on a device or something.. then that panel that rolls flips off and you fall 1000 or less feet into water.. cause who wants to fall on the ground? you would die. xD

I had to look this up to find out what makes panels drop. The dice blocks only roll 1 through 9. The panels that collapse match Dice Block numbers (e.g. rolling a 1 breaks the 1 panel).
I remember there was a rare case where everyone was knocked out on the very first roll.

At least 7 out of 9 can drop leaving 2 so basicly there's a 31.5 chance 7 people can drop in a single round and a 0.63 chance all but one drop and a 4.5 chance it still has 2 or 3 so basicly this game requires math and luck.
It happens to me a LOT. I'm not even kidding.
Also, it just leads to a draw, if everyone is taken out.

I did that once. But didn't recorded this rare scene,sadly.
You made a montage of failed attempts of this minigame until at the end you win. I mean if you are out, you had to retry the minigame until if you win, you stop recording.
It's not a montage per se, it's a display of just how hard it is to win this game, each attempt you see in the video was played right after the last one, over 20 attempts taken to win this mini game.

@CpnGame And now, you've emotionally scarred dozens of small children. Seriously though, who would design a game like this? Jigsaw!? The Joker!? Did they just think "Hey, you know what would be an awesome idea for a game? How about we have 9 characters stand on these flimsy floating platforms in mid-air, and they each have to hit dice blocks with another player's number. Then, all of them will fall to their deaths into the black hole from Mortal Kombat and basically no one wins."

There are no stars, everyone occupies the same space, the boards are simply straight roads with little to no side paths, and minigames happen MUCH less often. They took out ALL of the fun and simplified it to a ridiculous degree.
