It was raining a little in the morning that day, so the gorillas returned to their room.
However, after the rain stopped, Kintaro came outside several times.
Genki was worried about Kintaro who was outside and waited at the entrance to the room.
When Genki noticed Kintaro returning to the room, she entered the room, pooping with relief.
On this day, Kintaro looked enviously at Genki eating lettuce, and Genki, unusually, shared a little bit of her lettuce with Kintaro.

⭐️Momotaro ♂(2000/7/3)
Born in Ueno Zoo on July 3, 2000.
His father is Biju and his mother is Momoko.
His father died before he was born and he grew up never knowing his father.
He came to Kyoto City Zoo in 2010 and is now a father of two sons.
⭐️Genki ♀(1986/6/24)
Born on June 24, 1986 at the Kyoto City Zoo.
Her father is Mack and her mother is Hiromi.
When she was 10 years old, she went to Ueno Zoo for breeding purposes.
But she had a bad relationship with another female gorilla, and she injured her fingers and toes with her self-mutilation and lost a lot of weight.
When she returned to her hometown of Kyoto City Zoo, she was fine, and she lived with various male gorillas.
Then she met Momotaro and she gave birth to two lovely sons whom she lovingly raised.
Genki has a cute face with shining eyes.
⭐️Gentaro ♂(2011/12/21))
Gentaro was born at the Kyoto City zoo on Dec.21,2011,as Momotaro and Genki's first son.
Unfortunately Genki didn't have enough milk,so he was nursed by keepers for his first 10.5 months.
Now he loves his mom,and his face really looks like her.
He also loves people .
He is very close with his younger brother Kintaro and they play together almost every day.
⭐️Kintaro ♂(2018/12/19)
Kintaro was born at Kyoto City Zoo on Dec.19,2018.
He has big bright eyes and long eyebrows.
He is growing fine ,being loved by his parents and brother.

Gentaro was playing with Kintaro there; he seemed more playful. Momotaro looked so peaceful, resting, and Genki has the cutest face.
Genki looks less stressed than she did 2 years ago. Even her coat of hair looks healthier, and she looks like she lost a little bit of weight. Kintaro and his expressive pouty face🤣still a momma's boy❤

At her age, genki shouldn't have any more babies. She cannot mentally handle any more. Her health is not good and she doesn't produce milk. She can't handle the little one that she has now.

Kintaro is absolutely adorable especially when you see the mischief in his eyes. I'm waiting to see Genki pregnant again as she is a wonderful mother. I also noticed many times how bored theses gorillas are - I don't believe that they or any animal should be caged as they are not living in the wild as they should be.

It's not funny, it is absolutely disgusting. She poops right in the doorway where everyone has to walk. All because she is too lazy to get up and move. She had already pooped there before and she came back around 6:30 and sat on it. It's no wonder her backside is always nasty. 🤮🤮
