I am post op 8 months right rotor cuff, three major tears , biceps tendenosis , dominant arm. I am back to about 95 % ROM and can lift very carefully a 24 pack of water from floor to chair. I was 3 days on pain meds, Pt started very pass at 2 weeeks out of sling at 4 weeks except around people or certain situations . It is survivable with ice and assistance as needed. Get up and move around as much as possible. Sleep when you can, wherever you can, sleep will be your major issue, otherwise it it is a breeze 😂😂😂😂😂, good luck and I will be praying for you.
