30 days in county jail isn’t prison time
For graff
jail isn't penitentiary. true.
Whats the difference between a county jail and prison? From an Aussie
@@tangiers365 federal penitentiary and state penitentiary (prisons) are for federal crimes, generally more or less bigger crimes... County jail is where you end up for lesser crimes... Jail is time out... The dunce cap in the corner... Prison is gladiator school... The big house. Real shit.
@@counterproductivity even murderers go to county jail. u go to county before you get sentenced while you’re waiting for court and shit. as well as for quick sentences like under 2 years.
Dude does 28 days as a trustee and thinks hes Andy Dufresne
So he didn't go to prison. He went to county jail. Massive difference.
Let this dude go in the bathroom and “get right” and he’ll talk for hours
Looks like it
play at 2x speed !
As hosts you gotta recognize when your guest tells an entire story away from the mic.
For sure. It's really hard to hear on the podcast too
Hahaha.
If they had headphone on they'd be able to tell
the rusto fumes have gotten to his speech center
yo fr
You guys need to wear headphones so you can tell when the levels are off/ mic too far whatever.. Also some sound deadening to reduce the echo would hit! Keep it up guys!
Detroit vandal squad has so many naked pictures of me. Thanks jasp
Seen his stuff up back in the day. Still can find some hollows or tags here and there floating around. Respect for that.
I wish more writers would move up in life as they get older. Young cats out there, stay up, but always keep your life outside of Graff moving up as well. Getting up in the street is dope, but moving up economic classes in life is doper.
@NukeTheWhales well there's your problem right there!
Waging class war against the rich would be even doper.
This comment deserves a like! Been thinking the excact same along time.
Shit. I was way happier when I was poor, born poor, and struggling; no rules, no boundaries, no stopping. Now I'm all decked out in shit everywhere, amazing job, beautiful kids and partner, a home that we own, cars, pets... I love my family but I'm exhausted just talking about "moving on up" it's like I'm out of the jungle and into a fancy cage. Cats should be warned about this side of the tracks.
Stability isn't always the best for everyone.
@@slowvoltage stability isn't for everyone, but it's statistically better for the majority of people. If I'm giving broad advice to a general audience of young writers, I'm gonna tell them to find stability
Dude was up hella in Detroit back in the day. Big fan of his work
Lil ugly mane T-shirt, nice !
that VPN track is on repeat.
Anywhere you go in Detroit you'll see a dyke tag or hollow. . Much respect
Isnt touch big up there?
Elmer too
I see HONOR way more nowadays
Relax he sat in county for 4 weeks not prison 😂😂
That's crazy man. A month in jail ain't bad tho. Could have been a lot worse
You guys really help the conversation huh
Borat voice: "NOT!"
I swear straight edge dudes are so boring they all have the same lack of personality.
I would always look at the house with dyke on it right off I-75 but they tore it down now.
I live in Michigan and have caught a few malicious destruction of property charges. It's a 93 day misdemeanor. The assault charge is what made it serious. Also probably his other charge I'd imagine was an r&o. Resisting obstructing. Sounds like he got pretty lucky.
Ive seen the thumbnail roller in person
Can’t understand why someone would drop 10 racks to get a celeb lawyer on retainer before the charges have even been filed. I guess if you’ve got everyone in your ear all shook about ‘the crack down’ it’s not that weird to be rattled tho.
Dude was living out of a grow house… he was serving bag it’s not that hard to understand
I’m from Alter and Jefferson. Eastside. You used to be able to hit spots for hours in broad daylight.
Dudes everywhere in Detroit , but is it me or he seems like he’s on the smack !!
Yeah I peeped that too. He look like he do dope
lol that guys giant tag on woodward in highland park was there for years.
Respect for LUM shirt if im seeing correctly
THATS A DOPE AF SHIRT. I NEED ONE.
I miss the Dyke houses ❤
Probably wouldn’t have gone to jail if you didn’t run and throw paint at them lmfao resisting arrest and assault on a police officer gets you in jail not painting a wall
I agreed to go to jail and the judge looked at me and was like "nah you're good you can go" probation terminated right there.
yo wtf haha
Softness wins again.
That long.....28 days 😂😂😂,.I've done 6 months just on remand.
Where they find these dudes?
ive served several sentances myself for almost a decade...nice vid
Duggan is fucking wild about that shit.
Met this dude. Cool guy.
Legend
bruh 28 days in the county is not prison....jail is extremely shitty but it is not prison
That some real shit about Detroit..dyke definitely came here and did his thing
Gwop wop, hey fam
I did 22 months the first time and ten years probation.the second time I did 13 month.i got crazy stories but I never paint s nyc so nobody knows me
26 days isn’t shit lol also learn the difference between county time and actual prison/state time.
There is no difference goofy... Still getting your rights and freedom stripped from you 😂
I would leave out the "I threw a can at that cop and he caught it" part. Sounds like his arms are built for pruning twelve plants in the state of Michigan. No story to tell here at all.
Lotta lifelong felons in the comments real happy to ackshually the difference between county jail and federal prison
Are there also good graffiti lawyers in US? In Germany we have Dr. Gau.
Dr Gau?
@@ChadExploringNature
Yes, he is a national famous lawyer. His name is Dr Patrick Gau.
It is always hard to find good graffiti lawyers.
Dog I did 2 years out here in sin City not county either for f****** graffing. It was for a 14-ft roller on a f****** billboard we got busted and not only that but my homeboy fell off and broke his leg still went to prison not trying to upshot you or anything like that it's just you got kind of lucky.
that’s crazy dawg the roller piece must’ve been fucking dope if you finished sucks tho that it ended so bad for you n your homie
@@lucasschwarz6514 it was a fucking night mare homes. We get lit up I look over my boy falls down I drop my pole which and try to start repelling but they had us they made me wait for a firefighter to get me down my boy broke his one leg both heels spiral fracture his lower leg bone concussion I thought he was dead
I had been hit for this before so I 12-48 Months. I did 1 and 9 months.
@@strictdrugregiment holy fucking shit bro that’s actually crazy yo homie got absolutely fucked up what was the charge and did yo homie get locked up too
@noshame123 2 years. This was at the height of this shit called turn in a tagger get 500$. Las Vegas put so much into catching us you were sure to get prison time for your second time getting busted. It's chilled out a lil since.
@@strictdrugregiment Two fucking years bro Jesus Christ. Just for writing on walls...
Peace fellaz. Sorry about the patreon hiccup (divorces mess up debit cards). I'll be back this week. This vid is a crazy story from the start!! Yikes! 💪🎨💣
Tex Watson
man this comment section is bleak
Seriously HOW do you go to prison in detroit for graff???????
Graffiti task force
@@novinnovations4026 there is no graffiti task force lmfaooo. With what money?
dawg he went to county not no damn penitentiary the title is misleading as fuck for foos like u that don’t know the difference between a jail a state prison and a federal prison
He’s lucky that the detective was Jerry Rice.
Guys got toothpicks for arms
And still gets up harder than most lol
@Daniel Hollingsworth i mean money is cool but Obey is extremely cringe.
Major L on your part deadly projectile 😂
🧢
bull back then tags was out of control ...everywhere it looked tacky and most came from bored suburbanites ...as caught and identified as suburbanites .... so oh well
That DA in LA probably is the one that took down my
Whole crew. PCNKINGS ‘09
I remember seeing a lot if Dyke bombs
felonious assault is worse....
Damn, dude tells a story dumb slow.
Ftp
Wow could not listen to this guy
Graffiti writers should never do podcasts. It almost always ruins it
There’s a few good podcasts but most of these dudes are goofys
@@13isa45 were the one watching it, I’m sure some one would say the same about you if you were on this podcast, goofy
Another mid level toy who thinks getting bagged gets you clout.. talk to the real NYC writers that been bombing 20 years + without a single arrest. Dondi said it best "If you got caught you quit cause it meant you didnt do what you were supposed to"
weed has fried this dudes brain. the ummmmmm ummmm ummmmmmmm makes it unbearable lol
Bro why is this guy using a slur for his tag kinda wack tbh
Lmaooooo if that's what you're concerned about, you don't paint enough
@@b.y2323 lmao what does this dude using a slur have to do with how much i paint
@@b.y2323 true i should have considered the sluts crew. Remind me when sluts became a slur?
It’s a synonym for ditch too
van dyke a road in Detroit , could be that
From the entire story and all of the extreme lengths they went to catch the guy, he only spent 28 days with 2 year prob! That's a fucking win imo.
Love this podcast but yall need to make sure these fuckin guys are talking in the mic. Listen to the difference between when you talk, and when they talk. Its hard to hear him so i turn the volume all the way up and then when you talk it blows my fuckin ear drums out.
Detroit was the absolute fucking HAYDAY for graffiti in like 2015-2020. Soooooo fucking easy.
