How to Push and Glide?

In this video we will show you how to 'push and glide' which is very important if you want to learn how to have the correct body position and start a stroke correctly. It will help with streamlining which is useful when also learning how to dive!
Safety Considerations:
Only practice in a pool with an supervised adult and lifeguards present.
Challenge 1: (0:33) Pencil float
Challenge 2: (0:55) Push & Glide with one foot
Challenge 3: (1:25) Push & Glide with both feet
Challenge 4: (1:58) Push & Glide with 2 discs through a hoop
Challenge 5: (2:40) Push & Glide with 1 discs through a hoop
Challenge 6: (3:12) Push & Glide without any discs
