This is actually how I started to solve problem at first easy ques take hours of time but consistently solving 3 problem in a day for 1month I manage to solve 120 + ques in leetcode and Now I solve medium ques on my own and learn concept from it that further apply on another ques consistency is the key believe it or not { motivation : think how naruto and luffy work regularly to achieve their dreams Jiraya how he focus on their loved items at this age. }

Solve short problems and the more repetitive problems will be memorized as time goes and then you start to solve bigger problems by dividing them into smaller ones and eventually your problem-solving skills compound. It needs time and effort but thus rewarding if you really want to build cool projects for yourself.
one suggestions from my side , as a two years of experience in mern stack , do not be used to of vs code as it have ai integerated as well too many suggestions , try using online compilors which do not give suggestions , even now I am unable to crack some interview
