    Sweet Corn Halwa is a delicious Indian dish that combines soft corn's natural sweetness with the rich flavours of ghee, sugar and cardamom. This distinct halwa has a smooth, creamy texture and a golden colour, making it as visually stunning as it is delectable. The pulverised sweet corn is slowly cooked in ghee, absorbing the warmth of aromatic spices and the sweetness of sugar, resulting in a cosy and decadent dish. Sweet Corn Halwa, topped with a generous sprinkling of nuts, is ideal for festive events or when you want to indulge in a delicious, homemade dessert.
    Ingredients | सामग्री:
    Sweet Corn | स्वीट कॉर्न: 1 cup
    Semolina | सूजी: 2tbsp
    Milk | दूध: 1/2cup
    Sugar | सक्कर: 1/4cup
    Clarified Butter | घी: 2tbsp
    Water | पानी: 1/2cup
    Saffron | केसर: 8-10strings
    Method | विधि:
    1) In a mixer grinder add corn kernels and make a smooth paste.
    2) In the milka dd saffron string allow soaking.
    3) In a pan add clarified butter and allow to heat.
    4) Add semolina and saute for 2 min.
    5) Add sweet corn paste and mix well.
    6) Roast the mixture for 6 min on low flame.
    7) Add sugar and mix well.
    8) Add milk and water and mix well.
    9) Cook the mixture till the clarified butter is released and comes to a ball consistency.
    10) Serve hot or cold as a dessert.
