Learn how to make delectable wheat flour bread with herbs that go well with any meal! Ingredients | सामग्री:
Wheat Flour | गेहूं का आटा: 1.5cup or oo Flour or 231 gm
Salt | नमक: 1/2tsp
Dried Oregano | सूखे ऑरेगैनो: 1tsp
Sugar Powder | चीनी पाउडर: 2tsp
Instant Active Yeast | Instant Active Yeast: 2tsp
Luke Warm Water | गुनगुना पानी: 1/2cup +2tbsp
Olive Oil | जैतून का तेल: 1tbsp +1tsp
Butter | मक्खन: 2tsp
Method | विधि:
1) On a mate or plate add wheat flour, salt and oregano and mix well.
2) Make a well-like shape and add powdered sugar, instant active yeast and lukewarm water and rest for 2 min.
3) Knead a soft dough and add 1-2 tsp water if required.
4) Add 1 tbsp oil and knead well for 2-3 min.
5) Grease a dip bowl with oil and keep the dough for 1stproofing for 45 min.
6) Cover the bowl with a damp napkin or cling wrap to avoid film formation.
7) Grease the bread tin with butter lightly.
8) Once the dough is risen then take the dough on the matte or countertop and knead 2- 3 times and make a round dough ball.
9) Spread the dough into a thick sheet with your fingers.
10) Make the dough log as shown in the video.
11) Place the dough log in the tin and cover. Rest the dough till it rises to 4 inches or triple in size.
12) Bake the bread in the oven for 45-50 min at 180 degrees Celsius.
13) Last 10 min bake without cover for golden brown crust.
14) Once the bread is bake wrap in the wet towel and rest for 10 min.
15) Brush some butter on the bread.
16) Cover the bread with a damp towel.
17) Allow to cool down completely.
18) Slice the bread with a knife as per the required thickness.
19) Serve with butter or make some toast.

Ingredients | सामग्री: Samak Rice | समाके चावल: 1/2cup Sago | साबूदाना: 1/4cup Curd | दही: 1/3 cup Water | जल: 3/4cup Baking Soda | खानेका सोडा: 1/3 tsp Roasted Peanut Powder | भुनी हुई मूंगफली पाउडर: 1/4cup Rock Salt | सेंधा नमक: 1/2tsp +1/2tsp Oil | तेल: 2tsp +1tsp Cumin Seed | जीरा: 1/2tsp Chilli Powder | मिर्च पाउडर: 1/2tsp Jaggery | गुड़: 1/3cup Dried Mango Powder | अमचूर: 1tbsp Method | विधि: 1) In a mixer grinder jar add sago and make a fine powder. 2) In the same grinder jar add samak rice and grind to a fine powder. 3) In a bowl add powder, 1/2 tsp rock salt, water and curd and mix well. 4) Rest the batter for 20 min. 5) In a pan add oil and allow to heat. 6) Add cumin seeds and let them crackle. 7) Switch off the flame. 8) Add chilli powder, rock salt, peanut powder, water and jaggery; mix well. 9) Turn on the flame on high. 10) Allow the mixture to boil for 5-6 min on a high flame. 11) Grease the idli mould with oil. 12) After 20 min resting batter add baking soda and mix well. 13) Pour the mixture into the idli mould and steam for 20 min on medium heat. 14) Serve hot idli with soup.

We need a coarser mixture. 6) Take a raw banana and peel it well. 7) Grate the banana with a thick grater. 8) In a bowl add grated banana, lemon juice, salt, and peanut mixture. 9) Mix well, keep aside. 10) Now the sago is soaked mix well if required add 2tbsp water approx. 11) Make the dumplings as shown in the video banana mixture will be stuffed and the sago mixture will be covered by the dumplings. 12) Grease the steaming plate with oil. 13) Steam the prepared dumpling for 15 min on medium flame. 14) In a small Pan add oil and allow to heat. 15) Switch off the flame add sesame and chilli powder mix well. 16) Once the dumsums are steamed serve hot with chilli oil.

Keep aside. 9) In a bowl add whole wheat flour, 1/2 tsp salt and ½ cup water and knead a soft dough. 10) Cover the dough and allow it to rest for 10 minutes minimum. 11) After resting add 1 tsp oil and knead the dough once again. 12) Make medium size 6 balls out of that. 13) Make the round bowl shape of each ball as shown in the video. 14) Stuff each dough bowl with the lentil mixture; close the ball properly. 15) With the help of dry flour roll the balls into medium-thick rounds or bread. 16) Roast the bread for 25 seconds on a hot skillet on high flame. 17) Apply oil to the paratha and roast on low flame for 15 sec each side. 18) Serve hot with raita. Let's Make Raita 19) Peel and grate the cucumber with a medium-sized grater. 20) In a bowl add grated cucumber, chat masala, roasted cumin powder and curd. 21) Mix well.
