Thank you!! I really appreciate you swatching on the different papers. For those of us who enjoy seeing the colors of the ink, I personally like seeing how the color looks and reacts with different paper. Thank you!!
So glad you love the FWP Peter Moss!!! It’s also one of my favorites 🖤🖤🖤 And the story behind the Stroke of Midnight 😆 yes it was unused 😊 thank you for always sharing your love of all things fountain pen and inks. My favorite swatches definitely the last two: Day to Night and Sidewalk gum 💜
I love watching your swatching videos. Seeing all the inks on different papers is so fun and it makes me want to try new paper, the onion skin and bank paper is so interesting. That Encre Sucre Roux is beautiful.
Lol, it does take a lot of work. I got a bright idea like this as well, did it once, and was like, nope! Takes too long! I appreciate you for doing it. I'll live vicariously through you, lol
These videos are so fun - thank you for doing them, Karyna! 💜 I really like Buttered Popcorn because of how bright & legible it is. I'm bummed that I missed out on it but happy I still have some of my sample left. I really like the way Peter Moss looks. Stroke of Midnight looks so intriguing. I'm partial to silver so I may need to try that one! Such a bummer about Sidewalk Gum. It a great colour /shimmer combo. I think my 2 favourites are the 2 that I can't get: the TCMC inks. 😂Typical! 🤣
I have a sample of Peter moss. I love it. It reminds me of Robert Oster. FWP has amazing green inks. My favorite is Dancing Thyme. I’m glad I have a bottle because it’s a weekly staple for me.
I would LOVE to see some side by side comparisons of inks that are similar! like a little collection of similar inks (especially problematic ones like the last one you swatched here😃 what a stunner but i hate hard starts and that’s a dealbreaker for me lol)
Love me some FWP Stroke of Midnight, and that Yamamoto Bank is really turning out to be the best paper for showcasing the Inks from all of the different companies. I think I need some.
I’m not using Rhodia paper at all but your swatches of the shimmer inks are outstanding there. I rally like the toffee color on that paper and sidewalk gum plus “day to night”. I was thrilled to see tsukushi in the purple hue of both regalia and cosmo air light. What a nice surprise and that ink (I thought it was boring before your video) has some surprisingly different characteristics on different papers.

@@Laly7 thank you so much! 🥰
I love the Peter Moss and the Coffee Monster
@@impish22 both are so good!
Ha! What timing. Just now writing with the Ferris Wheel Press, Stoke of Midnight. Perfect choice for fall.
@@litaartis2924 yes it is perfect for fall!
This series has helped me be thoughtful about ink use and purchases. Thank you so much for all your hard work
@@Quinkerbell_3604 yay! Glad this was helpful!

Thank you Roxie! It sucks that FWP discontinues some of their most fantastic inks. And I hope TCMC restocks their inks!

Thanks for the feedback! I do occasionally film ink explorations of similar colours so watch out for those.

Thanks, Karyna. My favorites are Pete Moss and Tsukishu inks,
Those are both fantastic!
If I'm not mistaken, Drew really likes Buttered Popcorn.😃The sucre roux is one of my faves.
@@oldladywithacamera I think you’re right! 😁
I have a charger set that includes Peter Moss, but that tiny bottle is just not enough. It's such a good green!
@@heatherbrinkmeier4080 it is! I am tempted to get a bottle!
Love so many of these. I am patiently waiting for my TCMC x RO ink to arrive. Sidewalk Gum is really pretty.
@@Adventuresover40 you are going to love the TCMC inks!
@@KarynaLovesToPlan Im excited for them.
I'm surprised of how pretty the Buttered Popcorn is since I'm not usually drawn to yellow, but this is very nice and warm toned. 😇💛🙏🙌
and its sadly discontinued.
@@blktauna yeah - one of the things I dislike about FWP. Things get discontinued.
Robert oyster x atlas sidewalk gum I have been having problems too.
@@cindyplansherlife it’s been okay for me today, thank goodness. But it’s not consistent.
wish I could find buttered popcorn one of my favorite inks but can't find it anymore
One thing I do not like about FWP is that they discontinue their inks. They don't keep a regular restock of their favourites.
of course I've fallen in love with sidewalk gum and it's sold out. such is my life :(
@@lysslysslyss I’m sorry! I hope they do a restock.
I have had an issue with a few Robert Oster inks as well.
@@melissasnyder5268 it is hit or miss.
Hi. May I know where do you get the Robert Oster Coffee Monster ink please?
I believe it is currently sold out. It was available through thecoffeemonsterzco.com/en-ca/products/coffee-monster-50ml-robert-oster-ink-exclusive
