Sometimes I watch Matty Bowman on UA-cam ice climbing in the Whites all winter. It's amazing. Agree with the previous poster. Caffeine definitely helps with headaches.
Friday, February 23rd: Hopefully your headache proves to be an inconvenience, and not a show stopper. Skiing does a body good! Hope you and your husband find each other. Going to the bar IMHO a big plus! Happy Trails! Ross08
Taylor, it took me 20 years to find out that Citric Acid causes headaches and migraines for me! I discovered it from drinking sports and electrolyte drinks. Citric acid is in sooo many things. LMNT is the only electrolyte replacement which I’ve found that (certain flavors) does not contain it! I’m currently on the AT attempting a thru and used your code to purchase Mango Chili, and unflavored to help with my thru!!! I am 2 weeks in and NO headache yet! 🙌🏻 Thanks for introducing me to LMNT!
I was in the White Mountains Tuesday and drove by the discovery trail and wondered what that was about. Now I know!! I think it's really cool that it's an educational hike with the tree identification and such.
I was just telling my co-worker about your channel! I saw Cody out in the wild (not on YT) a couple days ago and couldn't say hi (I was busy working on a network outage). Also with the migraines, they are awful and one thing that I thought would hurt me out on the trail. We will find out as I'm going to start hiking soon! Thank you for the inspiration and content.
Love it! Takes me back to when my husband and I lived in NH for four years (late 1990’s). We loved filling our days just like that or hiking, beach, lake in Summer.
Back in December my son and I were headed up to Conway. As we were going up 93 I saw the Flume Gorge and said let's go check this place out on a 40 degree winter day. We've done the tourist summer hike so I figured today's the day. This is something I've always wanted to do. Trail was a little icy and snowy but well worth it. We did see numerous other hikers with spikes and it would have made it a lot easier with spikes. lol Spontaneous hikes are the greatest!
LOL… I hiked that trail on a road trip in the Summer of 2019. It’s just east of Lincoln I believe on the Kancamagus Highway. Yeah, that was a nice shorter trail with some nice views. I also hiked the Champney Falls Trail that day before it got dark, which was also a beautiful hike. I like how you say Dunks…lol
Thanks for the video. Ur weather looked amazing as did the ice climbers and espppppppp the ski hill. I love ur ski videos. Guys take care and safe adventuring. From Fruita Co🏍️
We don't need an epic hike or anything major. Just taking us along on that fun day was perfect. I felt like I was there. And thanks for including your links to what you were wearing. I always love to look at it!!!!
So that’s what snow looks like. We haven’t had enough here in Pennsylvania to amount to jack squat. It’s been pretty much “brown town” since November. Thanks for the reminder !!
Free Entrance is a nice bonus at some NH parks when winter hiking. I've done the 6 mile Volcanic Rim loop at Pawtuckaway State Park and also Fat tire biking at Bear Brook State Park and there are no fees in the winter.
Perfect day! Maybe this weekend I'll get out there! I've been stuck at my desk too long and it's not like i have to go from zero to 4 thousand footer. Good reminder!🎉
Thank you Taylor 👊🏻 I also get migraines 😖 not fun.Good to see you getting out and getting through it. Unfortunately I can't hike for awhile, just went through knee surgery, so it will be a bit. Take care, stay safe my friend 🙏🏻 God Bless Appreciate you!
I will forever love the Whites. The ice in the gorge was absolutely beautiful. This truly inspires me to make a trip there in winter. Amazing footage Nahamsha, thanks for taking us along. ✌️
Hi Taylor...caffeine is really good for a headache. That's why meds like Excedrin contain it as an ingredient. Caffeine narrows the vessels which can ease or even reverse some headache pain...but don't consume an excessive amount. Hope this helps.
I thoroughly enjoyed the content in this video. You are a lovely young women and you have a gift for presenting content . I followed you on your last AT Thru Hike & also enjoy your business content post. Short hikes are good for the sole. I did notice after you came back from the bar your cheeks & face were red of flushed in a glowing way. Please keep posting. ❤😊
Hi, love the channel and the amazing views we get to see in the videos. Just wondering what the average elevation is on the 4000 footers? Obviously you don’t start at 0 so are you starting around 1000 feet or higher? 😊
@@drewmaruna2326Agree! It appears to me that quite a few UA-camrs get burnt out after a while... I think it's a lot more work and a lot more time-consuming than a lot of us realize.... Kudos to Taylor and other UA-camrs, who work their butts off to keep us entertained....😊❤
I LOVED this content. I watch everything you post but this was so nice. It was just whimsical and wanderlust and cheer.
Thanks for sharing!
Pivot! Always have a plan b...like when you find out the road to the trailhead isn't plowed and adds 8 miles to the hike

Love to hear!! Have an amazing thru-hike!

I've been tick sick 8 times. Every time the symptoms started with headaches. Be careful. Kaley may have brought you a tick. Good Luck, Rick

It was a pleasure to meet you and your mom last weekend! We've walked the discovery trail many times, though never in winter!
Love it! Takes me back to when my husband and I lived in NH for four years (late 1990’s). We loved filling our days just like that or hiking, beach, lake in Summer.
Great to see you did something other than stay home with a headache. You are a doer. Thanks for bringing us along. 👍👍👍

I definitely agree with you about the ice climbing. I'd be scared to death the ice wall would break. 😱
LOVE that you followed your inspiration ❤. What a wonderful day.
🚶♀️🥾🥾🥶 another awesome video and the ice climb was very cool
So glad you took us with you. What a fun day. Thanks again 😊
I really enjoyed your time in the crunchy snowy nature hikes :) Beautiful video.

Thanks for taking us along!
I used your link to get some LMNT! I do my biggest hiking in the spring and my big National Park trip this summer is to Alaska, so now I'm stocked!
Nice seeing lots of snow.

Awesome video, really liked the ski footage.
Love this. That last hike was so cool! Loved the ice climbers. And topping it off with you skiing! THE BEST EVER!!
The Flume looks so much different in the Winter!

Its not NH school vacation week yet but its Massachusetts--next week 2/26-3/1 is NH
It's always more crowded MA vaca week
I love this. Need to remind myself that even if it’s not a good day for a 4K footer it is still worth getting up to the whites ❤

Love this video!!!
Do you use any face or lip products when out in the cold? People used to tell me they used Vaseline to protect their skin and lips
The video was fun. Thanks
great video Thanks
WAIT, No bar scenes ?
Beautiful! Thanks for sharing the winter hikes!
Fun ❤
that may be your prettiest video
Really been missing ya kid!!! 😟
Where was your hat/cap?
I typically don't hike with a hat or cap. But I'll wear my hoods if I'm cold.
Taylor, I'm pretty sure you're a busy young lady but you need to make more UA-cam videos for us Crazy fans to enjoy....😂❤🙏🏻👍👏🏻
YT is a brutally demanding business, she's a great follow and I get wanting more, but for her mental health's sake, post at whichever pace works.
