I have a question, how did you start to introduce quiet time? How do you get them to stay put?
By just staying consistent with it. I started it when she refused to nap and she just knows its part of the routine and doesn't give me a hard time she actually looks forward to time to herself.

Love your videos. Just a quick suggestion… washing the fruits is very important because the amount of allergens, dust, bacteria and dirt is on them is yucky! ❤️
Great tip! I wash my fruit and the container so that way I dont have to dirty up more dishes to wash lol the fruit and veg wash from trader joes is my favorite!
