evry evening after the kids go to bed, consider taking a bath with lavender epsom salts/bubble bath or essential oil. then give yourself some time for a hot drink and TV time. Lastly, when u get into bed, try to find a book u like to read. U need down time in the evening!!!!!

Our job is 24/7 I feel you sweetie but I think that your doing a wonderful job! Maybe you can start reading before bed or do what I do. I try to watch my YT videos and respond to comments. Just do something to relax before you lay down. Hopefully you can find the time for yourself. I absolutely love your shirt. Well your boots and white shoes too. I have the same white shoes.
