Crab soup caribbean style | recipe |comfort food at its finest.

ingredients:
2 lbs Dungeness crab legs
1 lb snow crab meat
1/2 lb claw crab meat
1 lb plantains
1 lb sweet potatoes
1 lb eddo root
1 lb cassava/yuca
1 large carrot
1 cup Chopped okra (optional)
1 medium onion diced
6 cloves garlic minced
Chopped scallions
Chopped parsley
thyme
1 cup diced bell peppers
hot pepper of your choice ( optional)
1 can coconut milk
2 packs pumpkin soup mix
1 tbsp chicken bouillon
1 tbsp seafood seasoning
1 tsp sazon
1 tsp black pepper
dumplings
1 cup self rising flour
1/4 cup cornmeal
1 tbsp sugar
water
combine the ingredients to form a soft dough.
