Next coming to one tip hung curd dip try this ginger, garlic, green chilli, roasted Jeera powder, black salt and vinegar make past then add curd. You can use this dip for sandwich spread on chapattis on burgers Store in frigid for one week.Please let me know after trying. Enjoy your day and stay blessed

Enjoyed watching.. I prefer cutting and storing the butter into mini chunks tooo. And the trick of using the steel pan is bingo it took me three trials to reach at the perfect point 🙈

I liked the ideas of preserving the items esp butter u teach us so many things.thanks a lot for sharing...but using stainless pan is recommended but take care to cook on sim or v low med heat I'm using it daily nothing happens.keep going blessings.take care .

Mehak there are many drawbacks to be honest, but I would advise reading more about it since I don't want to mislead you in any way.

the hack of putting drops of oil in eggs boiling water dies the trick, similarly u can put 1,2 drops in the dal which u pressure cook so the dal comes out soft and does not spread upwards
