Did those buildings build overnigt?. Who gave licence/permission to construct the structure?. Such work is done with the consent of Govt authorities,therefore all such corrupt officials must be punished. First of all those authorities involved in such illegal activities must be accounted, recovered all bribes they received and land them behind bars. Instead of demolishing such structures, the Govt must recover it, complete all construction work and utilize it for Govt purposes. If need be, modify the law too.

@@engma7549 It’s mandatory to allot a certain portion of lands for parks and garden. The builder design a site plan which has to be approved by the Authority following all the norms. The twin towers were not only illegally build on green area but also were not at appropriate distance from the nearby towers which can be dangerous in any case of emergency, also it were blocking view,sunlight and air ventilation for other towers. It was a cheating as the buyers had paid more money for the basic facilities like parks and gardens.

We feel it's an game plan of the centre and state to vacate the citizens and then pass an order that the surrounding building are unsafe for residents and they will be shifted to some governments camps which are congested.
The citizens should protest on this move and has to get an proper agreement signed from the government that if during the course of demolition of twin tower if their apartment is effected then the government has to bear the total amount for construction of new apartment at the same location of the residential complex.

The case was filed by residents near the twin tower who were cheated by the supertech, and the decision was given by Court...

And the people nearby have been asked to shift to any other place for a day... And in case there is materialistic damage, insurance companies and authority will compensate.
