Those towers were built on a area that was for recreational activities for the residents of another society built by Supertech too
When they saw the construction they asked the builder to stop it as the towers were too high and lack many safety features. Imagine after 50+ years they fall killing thousands of innocent ones, you'll watch it in news and things again go normal but the ones who had lost someone will suffer throughout their lives,each and every life is precious.
So the residents complaint the Noida authorities about that but nothing happened because the corrupt and मादरचोद officials and the builder tried to threaten the residents but they didn't fear 'Unity Matters' they then approached to the Allahabad highcourt and the bench orders to demolish it in 2014 and now after that much time The honourable Supreme court of India uphelds the verdict
And I personally find it too inspiring If you're steady have patience and you're right you'll get justice in my Motherland
@@GauravYadav-ev6wb true, i do wish the tower was demolished sooner. i have a hatred towards politics for that reason, it delays things unnecessarily. but it is, at the end of the day still required. many people had to be shifted abruptly and the roads were closed for a significant period of time
@@theseusswore Patience brother many big things were involved lifetime earnings of 600+ people enthusiasm and courage of 5000 residents, involvement of more than 500 crores definately these are very big things that value more than us being late or absent for our work that day

The building was built on garden and recreational area of other residential apartments that was too built by Supertech that's why the residents of those apartments approached to court in 2012 and in 2014 Allahabad highcourt ordered to demolish them and after a 9 year legal battle finally Supreme court upheld the high court order
