Filos - Goan Banana Fritters

A personal favourite - a sweet which brings back sweet childhood memories of my mother preparing these for evening tea, with a heavenly aroma wafting through the kitchen while she did so!!
P.S. I use wheat flour, green bananas and pure ghee
