He killed before a woman and child then he killed his own 2 kids and her 2 kids omg and tried to kill her !! Wow I have no words to say but he is disgusting!!
This is called a mass killing, not a serial killer. Serial means frequently and often with a similar pattern, like when someone is a "serial texter" meaning that they text all the time. He would have had to have done this to multiple families over the span of multiple days for it to be a serial killing.
