Correction : Communist party is not dissolvd , it has combined to Emale party which is also communist ( Marxist n leminst )
To simply put it, the unified communist party of Nepal was split after the split in the Maoist side and UML.
The UML further split when Madan Nepal split to form his own communist party.
UML is still in many ways a very big party though.

The Japanese Communist Party is really the only one that is both unique but at the same time really shouts communist. Very good design choice of substituting sickle and hammer to wheat and a gear, really encompasses the needs of the working class of Japan at that time (wheat) to the progress through technology rhetoric of communism (gear).

On the first case, I don't think you understand why the flags look almost the same. The communist cause is international, and the symbols reflect that. It's actually a genius design when you can go anywhere in the world, and when you see a communist flag you know what it means. It reveals an identity behond a formal organization or regional/national borders, which is exactly what the movement is all about, the union of the workers of the world.

Juche is a socialist ideology which sees Marxism_Leninism as it's premise, meaning they consider it true. Juche is an application of Marxism-Leninism which resulted from koreas history and its specific problems.
Juche is agaist private property and social classes, it upholds class struggle as a means of liberating the people.
Juche opposes ethnic nationalism and racism, but it values national independence so that no people is oppressed by another.
The "beaurocracy of the state" is nothing but the people's representatives, elected by local people's councils like in other socialist countries. Juche NEVER denounced communism, communism is the long-term goal of the WPK, the strong army is a means of defending themselves from the imperialist aggression of the United States.

The people's Vanguard party it's from my country Costa Rica. During the civil war of 1948 they where ban. Until the late 1980's when they where allow to return. And they are in a way different since we don't use the hammer and sickle.

Min 3:52 you're mistaken, that's the flag of the Spanish Republic used by communists during the Spanish Civil War (1936-1939) opposed to the one with the Spanish coat of arms in the place of the star, which communists associated with the bourgeoise Republic. The actual flag of the various Spanish comunnists parties is the typical red with the hammer and sickle and the name of the party.

The Italian Communist Party was actually founded on 21st january 1921. Obviously at the time the fascist regime didn't allow any other party to run, so 1943 is the year they first became electable in the parliament.
