The Sabbath day is Saturday, Sunday is the first day of the week. Jesus worshiped the Sabbath on every Saturday. You are my sister in Christ. You're tired, maybe it's because of all the sweets you're eating, donuts, honey buns, biscuits made from refined flour, same for hamburger buns, hot dog buns, man strips out the B vitamins and other vitamins, fiber, that God put into foods, not to mention the pure candy, That donut, honey bun, biscuits, and other foods made with white flour will give you energy to climb that Mountain for a while, but there comes a time when your body needs to repair its self but it can't repair its self when you eat foods void of vitamins and minerals,. they call that empty calories. May I suggest eating Whole Foods every chance you get. You could start with Whole Grains, ditch white breads. It might take time for to see a difference, that depends on how much your body is damaged.
I gave you a valid reason why MANY Christians celebrate the Sabbath on Sunday. I'm not going to argue this any further. My page says I'm Catholic, I believe and support the Catholic Doctrine. As for diet, I don't eat much "bad" foods. For me, I have discovered, I do not do well with processed sugar. I have really cut down on sugar. I still have some things I can eat (Breakfast Essentials). However, before trail life, I never took well with whole grains. Oatmeal, I was okay with, but on trail I can't eat oatmeal (even the Kodiak brand). I have now found food that agrees with me, for vitamins, I take cod liver oil capsules and freeze dried organ meat capsules that I make sure I take everyday now.
