@@unknownhuman873 Normally if you die from fire or poison damage over time, even if your in tek, you'll fall over dead, but in this case you took damage from the fire, then got hit by the tick of fire DoT and then the fire effect wore off and you had a little sliver of health, then this bit of health you have left mysteriously disappeared and I'm not sure how.
@@unknownhuman873 strange, just tried it myself and I didn't fall over dead, must have something to do with Cyclops Gate level, because everywhere else it kills me
@@unknownhuman873 Ok so I've figured it out. I will try to explain but it probably won't make any sense lol. So if you die from damage over time from the fire attack you will fall over dead even if you are in tek. If you die from the initial fire damage you will also fall over dead, however if you are in tek and you die from the initial fire damage, you will not fall over dead, which is what happened in this video, and since you died from the initial fire damage, there never was any damage over time allowing you to stay alive. As for the part where I said your health mysteriously disappeared, that was simply my eyes just deceiving me XD. Also, I'm not 100% sure, but I assume that this same concept applies to poison and poison DoT.

What? Where did your health go? After the fire DoT ended you just randomly took damage putting you in death tek. Whaaaa?
