Portinho da Arrábida (and all the beaches of the Mountain of Arrábida) is well known for its tranquil Atlantic Ocean blue waters, attracting thousands of visitors each summer.
We'll start our Zen Walk before entering the village, and make our way down to the bay, making some Zen stops along the way, absorbing beautiful landscapes and 3D audio of splashing waves. We will then walk on Portinho da Arrábida beach, in a very relaxing ending.
Enjoy this special location in a rare and unique fashion, with practically no one around.

I really like seeing beach and ocean walks because i live in the middle of the desert and the ocean is a few hours drive away. This is an attractive location. I'm surprised to not see any boats there. I can't believe how you can have the whole beach to yourself without screaming kids and tourists everywhere. This is a time and location to be treasured. If i go to my nearest beach from my house, there will be hundreds, if not thousands of people all over the sand and water. It's not a very relaxing experience. like 38
