Be encouraged. As you preach the true gospel of Christ and not watering it down, the enemies of our God and HisChrist hate it. I've been there and just know, you are renewing hearts and renewing hope through Jesus Christ and the work he did on the cross. As you have just said so ,well we must look and trust God

If you see this, please pray for my family to come back together and for Gods will to be done above all. This deployment has pushed me and my wife further and further apart. I feel like this is a trial to make me get closer to him. Like you said in one of your other videos, God will put us in the wilderness and we won’t know why. I struggle with keeping faith and keeping my reliance solely on Christ, though I’m getting better.

Such a great episode, many times in my life I looked at facts of life and turned away from God's potential. When all you do is look at facts, you will be disappointed in how little faith you will have. Hope is created from knowing that God has all control and will do anything by what He sees justified. I sleep better knowing that God has it all handled.

How would I live by faith and not facts?
I am embarking on a relocation journey especially at a time when it’s getting more expensive and a lot less easier.
Living by faith for me would be trusting God-he won’t give a dream that he can’t fund. So I’ll sit by the cross and try not to lose sight of the cross and trust him. AMEN!

Blessed assurance this is what Jesus is for us. For Abraham it was granted to him as faith from his obedience, trusting in God knowing what God had promised him, and knowing God was not a lier he would keep that promise, we have Blessed assurance thru the promise of what Christ had done for us! 🙏

To live by faith and not facts for me is to simply keep my eyes on Jesus. John 15. To abide. And it is definitely easier said than done, but I am praying for Holy Spirit to work in me today as I go about my day with Jesus. I am asking for faith today and wisdom. Thank you guys for being obedient to the Father with your ministry and consistency of preaching the Gospel. Also, your son’s words and interaction with him after he poured his sparkling water out really blessed me. Earth can really be a bummer, he’s not wrong. But i love the response you gave him Alex! “How will you live by faith and not facts” for me trusting in Him more. The things I’m going through right now make it hard for me to trust the Lord will get me out of it. And sadly, I’m ashamed to say, I’ve felt suicidal alot of times. Feeling like “God just take me, I can’t do this anymore.” But Jesus was faithful enough to die on the cross for us, and He is faithful enough to deliver us from our current trials we go through. Thank you for this episode, please be praying for me. Our enemy has been working greatly on my mind, and I feel I can’t face another day. God bless you.

What a beautiful sermon. One of my biggest struggles during my spiritual journey has been letting go of people pleasing. I was reading Galatians last night and Galatians1:10 resonated with me so strongly: “Am I now trying to win the approval of men, or of God?” We must always seek to please God and God only. When we seek to please people and the world, we lose our faith and our relationship with God. And this becomes so dangerous. Alex, I think your example of getting the Jordans to fit in with others and follow the facts represents this concept beautifully. We are chosen for a reason and God has called us to be his servants and to honor and praise him only 🤍

So true. I’ve made a conscious effort the past few weeks to dive back I to the Bible and purposely lean on God rather than myself.
Over a year ago a friend prayed with me for God to heal my back which has hurt in the same place for nearly 20 years. God healed it 💯 % at that moment and it’s been fine since then…..until I’ve started pulling closer to God. Now the Devil is trying to weak my faith by trying to hurt me again. But God’s already healed me and Jesus is my Savior so the devil’s not gonna win this fight.
Your comment just reaffirmed this for me ❤

Alex and Leilani, how I would live by faith and not facts in this dark world is; my daughter and 4 month grandson have Covid. I am caring for the baby as my daughter gains her strength back. I know what the facts say about this situation and I’m living by faith without fear because I’m trusting in my God to bring them through this safely no matter what it looks like. I’ve reached out for intercessory prayer from my four sisters and we are confident in the Lord coming through. I know if I keep my praise, worship, prayers and seeking all on Him, everyone will work out in our favor. Thank you so much for this sermon and how you apply it to your life! God bless you and yours! Hey brother Alex and sister Lokalani! I wanted to ask you if you could give a word on fasting. I'm going to be starting a daniel fast with my congregation in January and I'm preparing for it. I could feel the Lord preparing my heart for it NOW and I feel like I don't know how to go about prayer and breakthrough for it. I feel like I'm being selfish asking God for something and declaring it.. I haven't done the Daniel Fast in 9 years so I'm praying to get myself together for an ultimate breakthrough of some sort and a testimony for me and my son. I'm a single mom and he will be 2 in March. I trust you soo much because your language speaks directly to my spirit and I love your podcasts/videos. I felt called to bring this to you. Love you guys ❤️

i don't think this is a proper representation of facts. when looking at those scripture references, the problem doesn't seem to be keenness and objective observation, but the problem seems to be the opposite, that peter wasn't putting first things first, and considered less important pieces of information, and worse, his conclusion wasn't factual in the first place. just because someone is of a ethnicity doesn't mean they are obligated to adopt a culture. if he were seeking facts, the whole story, he wouldn't have made that conclusion. i don't see the point that the video is making, especially considering that facts are part of the pursuit of truth, which God has called us to do.
