- What crimes would Mayor Shelbourne (Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs), Chester V (Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs 2) and Kingpin (Spiderman into the Spiderverse) be charged with?

What if the "good guys" were charged for their crimes? Like Remy: stealing, health code violations, biting (assault), etc.
Interesting

I’d live that concept
could also go into anti-hero territory
This is something I've wanted to see for ages. Plenty of heroes commit crimes throughout the films they're in, I wanna see how they would be sentenced.
It's crazy how the mayor's charges piled up faster than the food at Swallow Falls
Perhaps he did not cared how many charges he had
he might've died of a heart attack after serving 3 months in prison and that's just being generous
not to mention the island was poor already so he would never even make a dent in the funds to the entire world
@@aridontou7544even though he's seen in both movies' end credits scenes, from what I recall correctly..Though my idea/Headcanon is that he essentially hid/went into self-exile on one of his off-shore financial account islands after potentially getting rescued, slimmed down sometime in this timeframe and eventually decided to return home after all that- _not knowing that the Town had been essentially relegated to a Sovereign Nation/State_ (after _what had to occur after the events of the Post-second Movie's in-universe clean-up of Swallow Falls, later New Swallow Falls here, IIRC;_ They _DEFINITELY HAD TO find some sort of way to establish a new Mayor and/or Overall government_ after-or even *DURING said clean up operation*,since _Flint,the Sparkswood Gang and the Townsfolk would've now had some input on how the Town was to be rebuilt/modernized in-fact,along with sone possibly saved Thinkquanauts that weren't as stupid as their respective Co-workers and actively WANTED to help clean and eventually move and settle down in the Island community later on here, honestly-returned and began to co-inhabit with the various numbers of Foodimals whilst Flint and Sam were getting Sparkswood Labs up and running, per se..WHILE Shelbourne was MIA_ and out of the picture here,apparently..) and _everybody and FLINT LOCKWOOD HIMSELF (specifically) had some not-so-nice words to say to the man when his ass came back to (supposedly) get his Job back here,honestly.._
Well, _to be fair here_ honestly-Even if he _hadn't squandered the last of the town's finances by creating that Rinky-dink ass SardineLand crap and eventually almost destroyed the world from Giant Food by tampering with Flint's FLDSMDFR here,_ he would've _probably still ditched them, taking the last of the town's funds from them and bailing altogether anyways_ ,leaving them _for dead_ as he hurried off to one of said above-mentioned off-shore account islands in the process,honestly-Maybe _that's why_ CHESTER had cartè Blânche when it came to his plan,he PROBABLY knew from around the bend that Swallow Falls' soil was left for anyone to claim here,honestly.. (and I'm here thinking: *_What the hell was gonna happen if,say, instead of Shelbourne bailing/getting arrested Post-movies here-but what if he died, whether off-screen as mentioned in buddy's comment here/there honestly or while still in office? What was gonna happen to the town and it's situation here then anyways, HONESTLY..?_* )
TL;DR: that seems about right, but my Headcanon states that even if he later does get arrested here,he DEFINITELY went into self-exile BEFORE returning to the Town and getting his Just Desserts here, served by Flint Lockwood HIMSELF specifically-while also wondering how and what would eventually happen to the town's situation had he even died/bailed on them beforehand here, honestly.
HE piled up faster than his charges
I get it
Its kinda impressive he gets a death sentance from the charge of Grose Negligence.
-Also, since he committed battery against the scientists that was trying to STOP the disaster he caused from happening, and the fact he interacted with the device without supervision. definitely 100% liable.
I'd say Chester V should also get charged with some sort of ecoterrorism charge. As he shut down the machine knowing full well that its the heart of the ecosystem. Comparable to draining the amazon or polluting the great barrier reef.
Now, I _would_ usually also argue for a poaching charge, but cleaning up the food (including the food creatures, which the UN did know about, judging by the fact we already saw sentient gummy bears in the first movie) was what he was tasked to do, so I guess thats legal
No one knows About the sentient food, they only know About the giant flld
Also it could be argued that removing that much of any wildlife could be highly damning to the ecosystem, like removing over a billion or so fish from the great barrier reef for example would probably be detrimental to the survival of the ecosystem itself
Except he says in the video that the UN knew nothing about Chester V’s plans, so there’s no way anything he’s doing is lawful
Another crime is attempted genocide, he attempted to kill every food animal
@@The_Clover_of_Poland Isn't the idea of genocide limited to humans?
I like how 2 of the characters on the thumbnail are really cartoony and then there’s just kingpin who emphasizes the style difference
You forgot to charge the mayor for spending the whole city budget in Sardine Land without consulting anyone
Could that be considered abuse of power?
@@darthdooku6246 Yea, probably [Grand] Larceny too
@@darthdooku6246 not if you consider the Prequel Series AND THE CWACOM FANDOM WIKI menttioning that he's the ONLY one for all of Swallow Falls' respective council jobs here-more or so less his own Pansy of a son Gilbert being the one doing the majority of them in his place, _going by that mention in that particular episode with the dance-dance revolution rip-off game that Flint wins top scoring and essentially fucks up the Town by leading the Mayor into disarray and depression and the town to shit here HONESTLY (yes,I've seen it-Don't bite me.)_ -He probably just called himself and then later a skeleton crew of construction workers whom were too poor to leave Town to create it (SardineLand) here, honestly...

The mayor‘s charges went up faster than his scale 💀
needless to say he got an awfully small fine

@@F.R.E.D.D2986you're right, 1 trillion is unreal. Should be higher.

A 1 trillion dollar fine is a very light sentence then
6:31 Lol, Chester V gets shocked by the charges
Heh, that's probably child's play considering the crap that goes on at his company here honestly, Dude...
LOL
That is probably not the world's largest sardine, either. Atlantic sardines grow up to be roughly 0.4 meters long, and an oil sardine was once measured at 2.72 meters. It is probably safe to assume that there are at least a few sardines living out there around 0.6 meters long, longer than average, but not by much. Flint is a lanky, tall looking guy, so I estimate that he's 1.8 meters tall. Looking at still images of him, his head is about 1/4 the size of his body, and his machine is about the size of his head. Thus, the machine is around 0.45 meters tall. It's a bit difficult to see, but when the machine bounces around the tank's struts, we can see the machine is half of the width of the struts. The fish appears to be less than half the width of the struts, so Shelbourne probably just took a random sardine. This sort of false advertising is probably a crime.
Well,Yeah-it's a tourist trap here,Dude and he's a Sleazebag..of COURSE IT COULD BE considered False advertising with Shamo the Sardine (Though, through watching the Cloudy Prequel series here-there's an early episode that involves ANOTHER similar Sardine-based Attraction referred to as "Johnny Sardine" that later reveals that surprisingly, Shelbourne's not unfamiliar with the whole shebang regarding the damn fish here, honestly..and seriously,Series!Shelbourne would've been blushing at the idea of a SardineLand based attraction, even if it fills his pocketbook (to quote his character page on the CWACOM Fandom Wiki of his honestly) or whatnot here, honestly; My guess that they would've considered Shamo as Johnny's "little brother",assuming that Shelbourne probably retired the Sardine..by eating him on live television and unveiling the other one on camera as a publicity stunt apparently, while Flint and his Dad were probably chilling watching the news one night sometime after Flint graduated High school, probably I dunno...and BESIDES,there was another episode about Flint and his Dad going on a camping trip to catch the Legendary Sardemon-so THAT could've been the largest there here,HONESTLY...)
bro analyzed the entire movie to calculate the size of a SARDINE
Does false advertising count as a fraud charge?
@@NovikNikolovic Assuming that Swallow Falls is _either a state of and/or a Community adjacent to the US_ (I'm thinking/assuming it- ALONGSIDE with it's so-called rival Township Haddock hills from the Animated Prequel Cloudy series honestly,as ALSO mentioned on the CWACOM Fandom Wiki page for Swallow Falls altogether, honestly-has some sort of jurisdiction like/akin to say Guam and/or the Kingdom of Hawaii, for instance...) then they _would've had to fall/could've fallen under something called the *Federal Lanham Act*,which does protect against false advertising and have civil Lawsuits on consumers here,_ honestly...
But, yet again-Even I don't know much on Swallow Falls' legal situation and/or its laws and regulations here, _ESPECIALLY with a Man/Mayor like Shelbourne at the helm here to be honest (I mean, seriously: _*_How the hell did they-the Townsfolk,in GENERAL-even put up with this sleazy sea cucumber of a guy in Federal/Municipal Office in the first place here,honestly..?_*_ Especially if I can throw in the idea that most of Shelbourne's Legal team, both for himself AND THE TOWN itself here, probably were either let Go/Legally Terminated and/or already put in their Two weeks resignation and bailed altogether with their families in-tow,thus leaving Shelbourne and the Town legally either dead in the water and/or just screwed altogether anyways,honestly..) left in charge here in the first place,to be fair here_- BUT I am definitely guessing the Shelbourne DEFINITELY HAD added his own (possibly unwarranted) changes to the local community Lawbooks that probably either tried to penalize folk from doing this and/or got rid of it altogether anyways (which, although I am not a Lawyer or Government Lawmaker here-don't blame me for my lack of opinion in this field here specifically-but I can say either is not legally allowed here to be fair honestly..)
TL;DR: _I may be no Lawyer, Gov't Lawmaker here,etc..but if Swallow Falls' soil is adjacent to the US (United States of America),then there's a Law that specifically regards False advertising charges/Civil Lawsuits about False advertising here ( _*_Canadian,sorry._*_ ) but,yet again-This is a Fishing-community that's down on their luck financially AND has a Sleazebag for a Mayor (whom probably even tampered with his own municipality's Lawbooks here),so I am guessing it's more like a _*_"Bad publicity is better than no publicity, even for a falsified Sardine attraction here, Amirite fellas..?"_*_-kind of situation here,honestly..._
It was a very nice change of pace of villains who get charged for their crimes in succession instead of a video about a single character, well done Mousait. I'm amazed that Mayor Shellbourne, Chester V and Kingpin got the death penalty despite being Sony villains.
he's done multiple characters before actually, this is the first time in a year he's done it though
Unfortunately Chester didn't get a death sentence because he did not try to kill the entirety of humanity or all of reality like the other two.

Although I just hope whomever took over LiveCorp later on had a SERIOUS handful of tomfoolery that the Company had been legally known for and tried to keep the company surprisingly Clean and legally-binding here after that, honestly-I'm probably guessing that LiveCorp already has a bit of a dirty laundry list of legal shit that they've already probably got in hot water for,so much so they probably had even LAWS amd and legalisation that exists BECAUSE of them and their practices/products here,honestly...

4:28 death + 66 years is a crazy sentence
If Miguel O’Hara was charged for his crimes:
Attempted murder (abandoned): when Miguel is fighting Vulture he removes his mask and then tries to bite him. This would count as a murder charge but since he stopped himself we’ll let him off: no charges
False imprisonment 1: even though this does act as a crime we can see it was a protective action. This is because Gwen revealed her identity to her father who in response pointed a gun at her and tried to arrest her despite her pleas to listen. Miguel traps him in a force field and snatches his gun and saves Gwen so we’ll let him off again: no charges
Assault: Miguel’s first act of violence comes when he throws a desk at Miles and Gwen. This not only shows his deep resentment towards Miles but also his lack of restraint so we’ll give him a restraining order and five years in jail: five years imprisonment and restraining order
Dictatorship: Miles is right this is messed up. People who say Spider-Man can’t save everyone and that Miguel is right fail to realise that Spider-Man isn’t supposed to save the world but only to save the city and the inhabitants so forcing everyone to stick to the script is not only dictating act but also a mass death act as he deliberately letting people die. So he’ll get a life sentence: life imprisonment
False imprisonment 2: Miguel traps Miles as a way to try and stop from saving his dad so he will get a five year sentence and child abduction: five years and child abduction
Inciting a riot: Miguel gets the entire Spider society to come after Miles and I’m pretty sure you know the rest: Life imprisonment
The train chase: Miguel gets several charges throughout this train chase starting with when he snatches Miles’s day pass giving him a child endangerment charge. He then breaks a hole in the train and since a bullet train is special he will get a massive fine of 10,000 pounds. He then recklessly endangers drivers on the highway as well causing a crash to occur. He then brutally assaults and harasses Miles for being an anomaly and blaming him for causing everything to happen. He then tells Miles that he doesn’t belong here as well as injured Miles. But the cherry on top is when Peter B calls him out for this isn’t what we talked about indicates that he had the intention to kill Miles. Yeah really not sure he’s even fit to be Spider-Man: six months and a life sentence 2 and misconduct of power
Coercion: Miguel forces Gwen home: ten years
Stalking: Miguel stalks Miles’s family: six months
25 years, 12 months and several life sentences
Miles is a teenager actually,
I don’t think his be on works that way, it paralyzes you and I don’t think he was gonna kill the vulture

He did this for both. It's already established that he's power hungry and wants more out of his position and the island he's stuck on. With the help of Flint's invention being successful, the mayor took advantage of it and used him for money and power. Your vid’s are always so interesting bro. I’ve been watching for a few months, and they always been a pleasure to watch. Keep up the great work🫡
2:28 why is nobody talking about the cheese pit? It’s disgusting!
8:42 shouldn’t the lab be shutdown too especially of the unsafe work conditions
No shit, Sherlock. LiveCorp's probably already has a multitude of Lawsuits and legislation that they've already have at this moment here, honestly-I'm guessing that they DEFINITELY have a massive dirty laundry list of charges and tomfoolery that they're already known for here, obviously..
@@sharonspears-mandeville2369 yes exactly, no shit
Mayor Shelbourne should probably have more crimes listed under him, despite it being less major than the others. "Invasion of Private Property" (only term I know that is used by law is "Breaking in and Entering", though the breaking isn't known), and "Tampering with Private Property", the private property being Flint's computer controlling the food robot.
8:01 is there a crime for taking up the whole frame
5:35 and also threat to the ecosystem. that will honesty put chest v in jail for life
8:30 techically its also illegal possession of bio-weapons??????
Just asking i may be wrong
I don't think bio weapons bend physics
@JasonVoegele-wu9kq he took a bagel
5:03 it would actually count as “Stalking” no matter where they’re at.
Yep
Didn’t Chester cut down an entire forest?
0:37-I mean, what construction would NOT collapse from a rocket?
The rocket hit the bowl multiple times and the glass didn't shatter, not a strong rocket
@@pugglypugger4807
Or maybe the glass was actually strong.
@@pugglypugger4807 It survived tons, and tons of crashes into hard cement without breaking. Probably bulletproof glass

Awesome video. Next "What of Yotuube villains were charged for their crimes"
2:48 The copyright free music makes this scene perfect.
6:30 was perfect timing with the sentencing and V's face 😂😂😂😂
Ayyyyyy I always wait so long for new Mousait videos! When you post, it’s always a nice day!
1:31 the sound effect 💀
2:51 what happened to the this song is copy righted song? It was amazing even if it didn’t fit
5:28 this also counts as kidnapping since in the first movie the FLDSMDFR is proven to be sentient.
super cool, could you do part 2 of Doofenshmirtz’ crimes?
This is enough matieriel for a howl series
@@sei_Hacke which would be perfect
6:31 His face says it all 😭
I like that you did the villains from Cloudy With A Chance of Meatballs 1 and 2. I absolutely love those movies.
"lets rock his car back and forth" is still one of the best lines in cloudy with a chance of meatballs
9:51 Wouldn’t that also count for destruction of property because that’s a taxi
But then you would have to count ALL of the buildings and other stuff
Also for the "unsafe sardine bowl" it's also possible that Flint might have just HIT IT HARD ENOUGH for it to collapse despite being constructed safely.
If a normally safe Ferris wheel gets hit with a rocket and collapses, that's obviously the person who set off the rocket's fault rather than whoever built it, as it was simply not made to handle getting hit with a rocket.
Doesn't matter though cuz he didn't get a charge in the first place lol.
It’s amazing how baby brent went from temporary secondary antagonist to a friend of flint
Man cloudly with a chance of meatballs was a classic and nostalgia.
im glad you put that in there. :]
8:53 This should be conspiracy
9:39 Yeah, slight problem. We know where it takes place, and that is New York, and if he is to be charged under New York State law, he won’t get the death penalty because New York State abolished the Death Penalty in 2007. So instead, he would get life without parole.
I'd love to see you cover some villains from Insomniac's Spider-Man games, some ideas are Doctor Octopus, Kingpin, The Tinkerer, Prowler, Simon Krieger, Kraven, and Venom
This man is the only person who can charge crimes on UA-cam without inducing cringe.

@@chimera9818 in one 10 min episode i counted 7 crimes
Nice! Was waiting for a Sony Villain Video.
So I had a look on Chester V wiping out several ecosystems and...
Purposefully wiping out several ecosystems would be an incredibly severe violation of the CBD (Convention on Biological Diversity adopted in 1992), and other environmental laws. The specific penalties would depend on the laws of the country where the violation occurred, but they could potentially include:
- Large fines: These could range from hundreds of thousands to millions of dollars, depending on the severity of the damage caused.
- Lengthy prison sentences: Individuals convicted of serious environmental crimes may face prison sentences of 10-20 years or more.
- Restitution: In addition to fines and prison sentences, individuals may be required to pay for the restoration of the damaged ecosystems.
- Loss of access to genetic resources: Individuals or companies that violate the CBD may lose their ability to access genetic resources for research or commercial purposes.
4:03 I can definitely feel this was REALLY personal from the screen

7:26 additionally, the UN doesn't have the authority to authorize anything like this.
Unless they probably had to get permission from each of the World's Country leaders and embassies/ambassadors whom were willing to let LiveCorp (and it's international Branches and subsidiaries worldwide, assuming it's actually a multibillion dollar corporation in retrospect, assumingly.) bring out the Disaster relief, recovery and Emergency Clean-up crews to help out with the Leftovers, and Chester V (or at least, one of his Higher-Up Ho!ograms and a member of his Top Thinkquanauts-or a more Higher-up,but still Lower-tier ranking Thinkquanaut worker on his team here respectfully, honestly-since His Prime-Hologram and another batch of Thinkquanauts had to be sent to Swallow Falls later on here, apparently.) had probably gotten in Touch/an audience with whomever had been claimed up in the UN'S Home office as Swallow Falls' De facto leader/Mayor (since,well-You know...Shelbourne bailed on the Town after Flint and his friends were up in the Meataroid taking down the FLDSMDFR essentially before the Foodalanche occured and later became MIA afterwards,obviously..? Shelbourne OBVIOUSLY had to call somebody up in the higher Ranks on the mainland to say that,in the event that he were to supposedly either have to flee/evacuate the island fishing-community with his Townsfolk and/or WORSE CASE SCENARIO he dies/succumbs in office in the result of the disaster-as per to some form of Small Town protocol here,apparently-either one of their respective current/former ambassadors and/or Reps to the UN is declared De facto leader/Mayor until further notice RIGHT AFTER he ordered that Vegas Style Buffet food ticket and left Flint with the damages later,AFASIK HONESTLY-Headcanon speaking of course...) and smooth talked his way to/into retrieving the Surviours/Townsfolk and letting them take refuge in San Franjose for the time being to them until LiveCorp's supposed "Clean-up operation" finalized later on,of sorts honestly...
(For that example of/for the Town "De facto leader/Mayor"-thing? Well, think about it-Who the hell still had authority (Governmental wise,I meant honestly) over the town WHILE Shelbourne practically bailed/got lost at sea and, under false pretenses by Chester himself, allowed this to happen? Not to mention, when Flint and the Sparkswood clan eventually had helped whatever they can/could to rebuild the Town with some possibly out-of-work,but surviving Thinkquanauts-another Headcanon mention for another day here,honestly-that actually managed to get things back in order WITH the Town living in harmony with the various Foodimals here later on as New Swallow Falls,WHOM was the person in De facto charge to let them do THIS AND create a new sovereign Governmental authority, including a new Mayor of sorts,honestly..?)
Suggestions:
>Sheldon (oh lord this one would be hell...)
>Shaw from Open Season (Probably for Sony Villains 2)
>The Penguins of Madagascar (lord it would be glorious)
>The TF2 Cast (nuff said)
>Sam Rami Spiderman Villains (I know which character your thinking about)

Two Counts of "Burglary"
Two Counts of "Leaving the Scene of a Crime"
One Count of "Tampering with Evidence" (which will go towards the next charge).
One Count of "Property Damage"
One Count of "False Accusations" or "Fraud"
One Count of "Attempted Mass Genocide"
Additional Charges for Chester V:
Four Counts of "False Imprisonment"
Two Counts of "Illegal Building" (Based on Laws and Guidelines)
Hmm,can I throw something in there about Chester V here too, please?
Okay-I can also throw in the charge for Mass/Enforced Disappearance *_(Regarding the implication of the sending of various numbers/Legions of Thinkquanauts of his that were to supposedly Clean up the Island/Town,Find Flint's FLDSMDFR machine and/or BOTH- depending on the situation regarding his "Operation:Capture the Invention/Slice-and-Dice" plans-that were essentially subjected to Death-by-Cheesespider/the Foodimal jungle against their wills, especially if any of them had their contracts expire/renewed for another LiveCorp and/or one of LiveCorp's subsidiary branches and this plan/mission was their last before retirement/transferring over/leaving altogether-alternatively, LiveCorp probably had their own College/University School based unit program that probably let Post-secondary AND Grad students have some Job experience there during the Summer/off-season and some of them would've been probably thrown into the mix,due to how many were getting attacked and ending up Cheesespider Food/Foodimal fodder,unfortunately-that Chester probably faked the idea of their whereabouts to their families, other LiveCorp Branch members, universities, the entirety of San Franjose and/or the UN/world here,etc...to avoid suspicion of his plans here,honestly...I Do have a Headcanon that SOME Thinkquanauts might've actually survived nearby-whom were as lucky enough as they were,honestly..not like their ill-fated Co-workers,especially regarding the Clean-up Operation in general that knew shit was about to go down FAST,so they acted accordingly-that Flint and the Sparkswood clan in-tow probably stumbled upon and later managed to rescue, some of which whom were only there for technically clean up purposes only and actively WANTED to help Flint and the gang/Swallow Falls' townspeople in returning to their respective homes, later going on to work for Flint and Sam at Sparkswood Labs and settle down in the Town permanently once the clean-up finished/finalized here, apparently...)_* as well here, Friend-Not to mention that Chester V and LiveCorp _DEFINITELY HAD some History when it came to criminal activity here, possibly..LIVECORP *probably (already) has an ENTIRE DIRTY LAUNDRY LIST of charges for whatever violations it has ALONE_ here, mind you.
