Wow Mikey that's some really nice and cool design work here! You sure know your stuff... without question. Those of your clients who have had acquired you do a job are fortunate to have a original one of kind design of Mike Z Designs!! Great work Mikey! 👍👏 😊❤️
The wall bench does looks like it was used in a magazine. Such a classic design and used both as convience and storage. French cleats really haven't gone out of style but with many people tend to buy the stuff they see and are familiar with, furniture with legs. This project just shows how both as art and in terms of usefulness this freestanding furniture is. Well done Mike! 👍
I can do some wood work, like replacing steps and hanging closet doors, but have never indulged in craftsman-like work like you. I have worked in new housing tracks have dabbled in custom home painting in the past, that's about it. I'll bet you could make a nice 16' runabout in mahogany as nice as a vintage Chris Craft. Now that would rock! On another note, and not to take away from this episode, can you comment on the Guardian Angels who have reappeared on New York subways in your Sunday Night Chat? This is an awesome development. I wish I wasn't so old or I'd join up!
Nice stuff! And being born and raised in Philly and having lived in the southwest and San Diego its refreshing to see there are some real men still there. I was never so disappointed by all the soy boys out there and I’m glad you’re there as an example of white heterosexual pride in yourself and your work. 👍🏻🇺🇸
I just screwed the cleat to the wall being sure to hit the studs - The cabinet hangs on the cleat. A back would have made the cabinets much deeper than they needed to be

I'm unaware of the Guardian Angels being back in the NYC subways - I think that's a great thing
Beautiful work!
Amazing work seems like today is your birthday the 28th happy birthday

Maybe you could share your Photography Portfolio. Maybe you'll be hired in a photo shoot 🤔 who knows.... just thought for 2025 horizons!
👍👍
Awesome..would love to know how the French cleat was attached without a back on the unit.

You should show how a French cleat works
I have done it.
I have in many other videos...
If it is not going to be seen by anyone, then why do it at all? Why not leave the knot alone? 35:27
It's always good practice
