the most impressive part of this video is the fact that those shelves are holding upside down with all that weight on them. makes sense with the insulation, nice work

Bought your book on Amazon. While waiting for it in the mail I went to an Amish garden and seed store and they had several copies. Love your work so far.

Amazing to see snow in April. We've been going through heat wave after heat wave in So.Cal since February(breaking records...). Corn is over a foot tall, all the trees are out of dormancy, macadamian nuts are done, mullberries are nearly finished picking. If you lived over here you would become a fig connoisseur rather than a chestnut. Always nice to see a new vid from you.

Thanks Akiva! I appreciate sayings to remember all the plant/growing things I'm trying to learn - "cold tops, warm bottoms" will definitely stick.

Winter ended (zone 4 in NW Wisconsin). Patiently waiting for spring.. Wild Elderberry (bought from you) are doing great. Arrived after freeze up, but did warm bottom, cool top & they've been rooting since then. Potting up this week.

Hello, Enjoyed the Video. Is there any benefit from putting each cutting into an individual pot at the beginning rather than later on? Thanks for Your Time: Shawn

Bought your book on Audible. Excellent information. Regarding rooting, what do you do for moisture on the dormant cuttings? Do you have to maintain some kind of humidity- I’d imagine the heat would dry out your media very quickly? Do you add some water every day or week? No misting as in summer?

HI! Do you water the soil each day, to make sure it's wet all the time? I guess because there's no leaves the soil remains wet for a longer period? Thanks!

@Akiva Silver Aside from what you listed in the video, what other plants benefit from this technique? Thank you

Thanks for sharing! Do you soak the cuttings before you stick them? And, do you add any fertilizer to the media? Thanks again
