Bro completely ignored all the red flags
She's definitely cheating, she's projecting her cheating on him, he's a sucker
NTA. FOMO is dangerous when your friends are scoring free drinks... and the fact that she is insecure that you spend one night out when she spends many is far too often a sign of infidelity. Best move on.
She’s not cheating? He’s clueless.
why wouldn't he think she was cheating? All the signs were there. But it's ended so it doesnt matter much now anyway.
she was sabotaging the relationship for no reason... or she was cheating
My god, so many red flags...out a lot, picking fights, accusing you of cheating, demand space...all pointing one direction, there is someone else with who she cheat
She sounds like a lot of work. There are better women out there.
man must of saw an ostrich with head in the sand
and been inspired to outdo him
He took it literally and gave her space 😂😂😂
nta. i think she actually was dealing with FOMO at first but from 1:51 and later the cheating signs popped up
She's 90% cheating. He should have walked out long ago.
100% she was cheating, you’re just too slow to realize.
Yeah NTA on this case. I would have walked out myself also. If relationship becomes too much work and the other one seems to be doing everything to make it worse, then its a clear signal just to get out of it. It's better to be single than waste time on someone that just keeps draining your energy and doesn't put up effort.
Let's read some context clues!
He says they were working in the same industry but he did security and she was a waitress. Hmm that's a lil weird... waitress, security, drinking, clubs, drugs to cope, questionable friends..... oh yeah.... Strip Clubs. He met her while working security at a strip club and she was waitressing there. That's at least what the details allude to. That's not really a great environment for a monogamous relationship especially if she's going alone to use drugs and drink with people involved in that world without you. Honestly I think this guy knew that relationship had an expired by date when he got in it but didn't really want to admit it to himself.
You're not him, dude, stop overthinking. It can be casinos, random restaurants, events, anything
@@FrutoseDeMorango You're right, I'm not him. Unfortunately that's the only thing you've said I can totally confirm you're 100% right about because I'm also not a Dude and all I mentioned were the things the Op did in the story. He specifically stated clubs several times. Now its possible I'm wrong about them having met and worked together in specifically a strip club but again it was certain things he said that made me think that was the case which is why I decided to post about the context clues in his story. As a server the absolute most toxic work environment ever is a strip club. They treat you like dirt and half the girls are on drugs or alcohol to cope. He mentions that when they first got together how she was using drugs more heavily to cope and how he worked to get her to cut down. Also as a strip club waitress you are encouraged to drink on your clients dime and keep them partying. For a lot of young women in that industry partying everyday with their co-workers becomes their lifestyle. They are use to working nights in a party scene already and go out to night clubs, parties, and whatnot on their nights off work to have their own fun often going on all night. Here's where her FOMO with wanting to still take drugs comes in even though she wasn't supposed to be staying out all night with them anymore. I unfortunately recognized all of this from my short time years ago working in said industry.
Anyway I didn't really think deeply about this because it jumped right out to me how familiar his situation was. If you're interested maybe play back the story with what I mentioned here in mind and see if its more obvious to you then. I just find it interesting that the Op puts enough information in that some people will recognize what the work environment was (and what roll it could take in their relationship) while leaving enough out that most wouldn't grasp the full situation. Hopefully those that did were able to be helpful to him.
she has found someone else
She's been checked out for a long time. If she's avoiding anything with him then the relationship is dead.
A drama filled relationship is a crappy relationship.
doing drugs thats bad anywhere.. move on
