Glad I could help I got to say this is a great birthday and it’s very cheap and it works fantastic I don’t think I could use the toilet without one now good luck thanks for watching
You should not put any plumbers tape on the plastic threading (0:46) of the bidet handle because the hose that attaches to it has a rubber washer which needs to make contact and that is what stops leaks. If you put plumbers tape you won't make a full seal and it could cause a leak.
I am on my 2nd bidet. The first one had the steel bolts and I found out that was bad news. They rusted real bad and I needed help with it. The middle of the bolts rusted. So now everything for the seat is plastic.
Nice video. Do you know what Samodra bidet is the most advanced? I'm looking into the bidet pro and Minimalist bidet models, but couldn't say which is better.
They have all different models some cost the highest 300 bucks that you plug-in and you have heat water and some you can hook right to your hot and cold water at different price points. You’ll have to peruse them on Amazon. amzn.to/48LVpId amzn.to/48LVpId take a look and see what you think is best for you. We just use the cold water ones that cost 29 bucks.
The rationale for pointing the smaller end of the cone washer towards the pipe opening is that water velocity increases as the conduit gets narrower, thus the increasing pressure at the narrow end will push tightly against the opening. I learned this in my Fluid Mechanics course at college.@@TomLeeman
You maybe should have checked to see exactly where the wash nozzles were positioned in the bowl, as if you put it too far to the rear the nozzle rubbers can come off
This was very helpful but why does my fill valve inside the toilet tank wabble when I put the t adapter on it? Now it's leaking. Did I break something?

As I remember, the pointed/narrow end of the cone washer should be pointing outside of the pipe opening (10:05).
Excellent tip. Thanks for watching.

Check the attachment underneath water closet that locks the flow valve in that may have become loose
