That was a very helpful video I was just quoted almost four hundred dollars for doing that exact same thing and I know I can. Thank you

You happen to know if there's a grate/filter of some type inside the blower housing before air enters the interior?
Curious if there is and if it gets clogged over time.

What my van does is make a weird noise when accelerating when the ac is on but when is off it doesn’t do that could it be the blower motor still?

    Rear door measurements (anyone)?
What would be the widest and tallest box or
square/rectangular item that will fit into the van from
    the back?

I have a 2001 E-150, Is it the same as your 2002, I need heat, my blower stopped working 4 months ago.

Yes, I have a 2000 E-150 and it's basically the same as shown here. I also had to replace the blower motor resistor (just to the right of the blower) as well as splice in a new pigtail connector as the old one had melted into the resistor 's female connector.

Man, all you can see is your back.. Camera from the upper right would have been a lot easier to understand how you’re getting that out of there. Plus maybe edit out the parts when you go grab tools. Thanks though it was partly informative
