Tbh almost 100 percent true as they test parts religiously. For example the chain tensioner. I got an aftermarket for a friend. Expensive one and it was troublesome. She switch back to stock which works fine. Most of the modding is for looks which is ok as long as the owner understand they make the bike less functional and durable. The ceo of brompton even mention this to a friend in Singapore on how people are modding this way
I can see this guy bike and many superficial upgrade. Carbon chainring actually chip and fail. It’s fragile in comparison to metal. Chris king you cannot feel the headset difference. I’ve been told by owner. It’s for looks. What you need to upgrade. Tires. BB with matching crank. Brake pads. Caliper aftermarket no difference. Carbon wheelset has poor braking. Aluminum is best.

HH 一直不是我的菜，質感只能說普普，跟精品兩個字搭不上邊。坐墊來說我覺得原廠的最好坐，甚至比我一張七八千台幣的 SQLab 還好坐。
最近我瘦身1Kg，應該比換鈦合金零件減重還有效。

我爷爷的老式钢架车牙盘用了 30 年都没事，根本不用换。也没怎么拆开保养，最多链条上一点油换个刹车皮。是现在的车质量越来越差了么。
香港Ti-Parts的jockey wheels，陶瓷轴承的款已经贵到天上去了。
小布的结构已经很贼了，如果车把过于灵活的确有点危险，特别是站起来摇车的时候。
