VFR Cross country, Fuel Tank Management, EGT & Lean of Peak Chart discussion

We take a trip across eastern New Mexico from an uncontrolled airport to western Texas (Lubbock Preston Smith International Airport). We discuss more lean of peak operations and fuel tank management. Lastly, we go over a future panel upgrade project, let me know what you all think of the plan.
