I have a friend , a degree holder and have a decent good paying job in IT industry but he leave his stressing job and do something like this selling coffee bec he really enjoy and love coffee so he decided to share his passion and love of coffee with others on the street and i was moved by his story I just realized that no matter how high the salary if you dont love it you'll never be happy so he change his path and do what he really loves and he never regret it. Everyday I stop to buy coffee from him since Im a caffeine lover too and I can tell he found his place where he belong👌

October year 2024 I found myself around Chiang Mai, and there's this very simple side road van coffee spot. Can't remember its name. Very simple, very cool, good coffee, good vibes and nice tunes were playing some 90' American alternative rock, it just resonated with me ❤ and this young gentleman knows his stuff, everything looks good and neat, and his coffee looks delicious! Much love and respect ☕🙌 wishing him all best 😊
Dude is making that lever machine WORK. He's got a simple formula, because people want espresso. One change i recommend to save some money: preheat the water at home and bring it in insulated thermos containers and this way you can conserve your expensive butane canisters.

I have to say one thing, the scale is used for weighing, not for heavy pressure. This will shorten the life of the scale. That is to say, it is best to move away from the scale when stirring and covering the lid. But watching the whole process of preparing coffee drinks is very pleasant, thank you.
