I devote a Holy Rosary for Priests on Fridays - Sorrowful Mysteries, with specific intentions, especially for the suffering, cancelled ones, and those that have lost their zeal, and I include Priests in my daily prayers. I think prayer warriors worldwide should unite Friday Rosaries for Priests. Our Lady of Fatima has repeatedly asked us to pray for Priests. We know now evermore, we must never stop praying for the Sacred Priesthood.

Thank-you Fr. Mawdsley for doing your duty with great courage. We are incredibly blessed to have the ICKSP. Seniors at the local Parish have told me that they would love to attend the TLM though failing eyesight and freeway driving stands between them. My husband who is Californian, believes we shouldn't have to commute so therefore should support the local Parishes. It is tough on the children. We are a house divided.
Praise our Triune God and the Holy Family for men like him. May God almighty keep him amd Priests like him to guide us in these end times.

Yes EXACTLY! The bible has ALL Knowledge Understanding and Wisdom! Read the bible to the children and family rosary everyday! Originally from N. Ireland, where changes occurred at a slower rate, gradually catching up to where California is at, would it be appropriate to say that Novus Ordo worldwide has caused more distress than any civil/world war and Holocaust? For souls are not in good shape with God as Schools both public and private continue to destroy all that is good. Novus Ordo priests for the most part continue to support democratic politicians who are now running the School Districts with Planned Parenthood. The Democratic staff attend Mass and receive Communion-in-the-hand and then assist in raising the lgbt flags in the month of June in many towns.☘
Novus Ordo cannot be blamed for the wholesale disintegration of healthy society.
And there are plenty of politically conservative Novus Ordo priests.
My pastor has Adoration from Monday morning to Saturday afternoon. Confessions are offered six days a week. He has hosted Scott Hahn, Dennis Praeger, Zachary King, Roy Schoeman, among others, as speakers. We have victor Davis Hansen next. He has never refused Communion on the tongue. He incorporates Latin in Masses. Morning masses are well-attended. God brings all things to the good for those who love Him. ✝️👍🙂
@@gerrymcdonnell1946 Hello Gerry, our village Priest gave a sermon in the early 1980s regarding Communion-in-the-hand coming from America and to be careful not to follow. Little did I know that my fate later as an adult would be here in America in the midst of some of the biggest dramas. When visiting at home, the changes become increasingly noticeable. Growing up, we had a good Priest in N. Ireland. There are many good people still to be found in the San Francisco Bay Area. Though there is clearly a pattern here with Priests of Novus Ordo where they will comply with anything that comes out of Rome. The compliance is so great, that if they were asked to jump off a cliff, I wouldn’t doubt, some of them would for the sake of obedience. The seminaries in Ireland I understand have been causing demolition of large proportions as well.
Looking back, I’m so grateful for my grandparents and strong village Priest for holding the line. Many family members have given in to modern society, motivated by Vatican II and next week will be the 36th anniversary of my father’s passing, he was only 44. He would turn in his grave if he knew what has become of family. Yet I feel he does know and sense he and past relatives are aiding me on this American journey. ☘️
I heard that Catholics are pretty much equal now in Northern Ireland to Protestants.

I enjoyed listening to Fr. Mawdsley. He speaks the truth on every level. I feel so bad for all the canceled priests, who have so much to give. The Bishops and Pope Francis are certainly not in line with the teachings of Jesus. If they were, our Church would not be having the problems its experiencing. The Laity need to come together to save our good priests; we can't rely on the Bishops to bring about the change that is needed.
We have the right to exposed those hidden wicked plans and unmasked those impostors their real face of ravening wolves.

Question for Father James Mawdsley: A fallen away Catholic in Italy, left the Church due to so much corruption. She claims that in the Aramaic and Greek Bible, the Holy Eucharist, Blessed Virgin Mary, are not written, but only in the Latin translation. She prays on her own, calls herself a Christian. There's a name for this belief, which I forget. She also the Ten Commandments were changed by Catholics. Thank you. I hope you host another Q&A.
Thank you for your questions which we will submit for reply in our Ask Father video series. In the meantime, in regard to the Ten Commandments, we note that the Commandments are not numbered in Sacred Scripture. The source of the difference in Catholic and Protestant numbering stems from alterations introduced by Protestants, making a separate injunction of the First Commandment's mention of idolatrous images as constituting a separate Commandment, and then combining the Ninth and Tenth Commandments in order to avoid having eleven. Neither system omits any of the Commandments. God bless you.

I wish that Fr. James Mawdsley was my Catholic priest at Holy Trinity in Hartford CT. Because the priest I know there is not traditional at all. He’s quite the opposite. He said that the sacrament of reconciliation is no big deal and if someone committed a sin, he said that we’re only human. And he’s even given Holy Communion to parishioners who didn’t go to confession at all. And am I the only one who sees that there’s something wrong with this priest and what’s he’s doing? Well truth to be told. Yes. Because none the rest of the parishioners see this priest as potentially dangerous and misleading.

With all due respect, may I say receive by the tongue or the hand is not Sacred Tradition. But I prefer to receive by the tongue for one reason as it minimizes the danger of the host being profaned by carelessness or bad intention. (Catechism #83: The Tradition here in question comes from the apostles and hands on what they received from Jesus' teaching and example and what they learned from the Holy Spirit. The first generation of Christians did not yet have a written New Testament, and the New Testament itself demonstrates the process of living Tradition.
Tradition is to be distinguished from the various theological, disciplinary, liturgical or devotional traditions, born in the local churches over time. These are the particular forms, adapted to different places and times, in which the great Tradition is expressed. In the light of Tradition, these traditions can be retained, modified or even abandoned under the guidance of the Church's Magisterium. ). We are having too many contradictions and conflictions of the same thing (on both side of the TLM and the N.O.) The new Catechism (1982) was commissioned by the order of Pope JP 2 to Cardinal Joseph Ratzinger heading the synod of 8 bishops to communicate with all the major Bishops around the world to have it drafted like 9 times before it was published. It has no error, heresy or self-contradict. If the paragraph 83 is a contradiction to the cannon law and it should be address as the focal point to defend the TLM and deem the N.O. mass invalid (which is the Sedevancantists been trying to do for so long, rejecting the legitimacy of Vatican 2 and the validity of the N.O. mass). I see the abuses but that is the fault of the priests and the assisting people not the liturgy itself.

Years ago I was one of the Altar servers in St Mary's Warrington UK where Fr. James was a newly ordained priest. As a convert from protestantism, I personally love the beauty of the Gregorian Chant and the body language of the Tridentine Rite a lot (compared to the New Rite). But the "people" who only attend the Old Rite and non stop promoting the Latin Chants to your face are really ugly. The ugliness of these people - "the trads" comes from one thing "Rebellion".
