Honestly, when I first saw this I half expected Sonic to watch Mario swim through the water and be like “oh. That actually looks easy!” And try it himself, only to end up drowning.

Nintendo and Sega should have this mechanic [Multiplayer] where Sonic can't spin jump on shelled enemies while Mario can, same as Sonic running on water, when Mario can't.
I'd Nintendo and Sega don't create this game, then someone else can.
I like how they put their rivalry aside and help eachother out and show their partner how that gimmick works

I would like to see a game like Mario + Rabbids, but replace Rabbids with Sonic, where the Mario Cast has to Team up with the Sonic Cast, having to use each other's powers respectively to solve puzzles and/or action scenarios.

This was an interesting concept, one trying and dying, and then other realising and gotta be careful and then they hit a P Switch so the other can easily get across lol.

Sorry but this video felt like the animator has never seen sonic or mario
-mario can't swim
-P switches lower water
-sonic can't jump on top of a koopa
-P switches also lower lava and raise platforms
-sonic can't see right in front of him and runs into spikes
-then he does the exact same thing after mario and hits him
-the boom boom fight was all very strangely coordinated
