Probably because it's played in the wrong tuning. All Comeback Kid songs are in C# Standard. They have never used drop tuning.

Now we have a surplus of people like you who seem to think guitarists owe it to them to play the song exactly how it was played by the original artist. Which is an absurd and entitled notion to me.
