But the creators actually said something very interesting during an interview for this season about how happiness can be art too, and too often people feel like a show or movie is only good if it has a bittersweet ending or subverts expectations. That really helped me shift my perspective to allow myself to enjoy happy ending stories like this.
I love the friendship that Hanna and Jessica have developed. They have been attending events together and you can tell they became good friends on set ☺️

Around minute 9 Adjoa Andoh really showed her knowledge of Lady Danbury and Penelope, the type of knowledge you get from reading the books. I hope they keep some of that Lady D and Pen dynamic in the show this season. I love Andoh's portrayal of Lady Danbury, although I agree with that one person saying there needs to be more cane.😂

I love it so much when an actor’s real life persona is so different to the character they play, especially when their accents underline it. Claudia’s working class accent and Nicola’s Galway accent are always so refreshing to me.
Their moment from 3:15 to about 3:20 was so beautiful. Its no secret that nicola is gorgeous but compared to the leading ladies from other seasons, she's more voluptuous. Nicola has expressed that those intimate scenes had her really nervous and to hear that they were "empowering" makes it seem that she was able to overcome any insecurity. That's a win for girls like us. ❤ If you know, you know.
I didnt watch bridgerton until a couple of weeks ago. Now nicola is my comfort character. She is so sweet and enthusiastic. Her and claudia together is amazing

I know nothing about the books but wouldn’t be surprised if in the show the reason Cressida is mean to Pen is that she is secretly in love with Eloise and she has been jealous of their relationship.

it’s interesting the differences in the show and book, im so intrigued on how eloise and pen will make up this season. in the books they were much less close, and eloise was very supportive of colin and her’s relationship:)
honestly for me the differences make the show a lot better. in the first book we basically got none of the interesting side plots that the show gave us, it was just daphne's pov (sorry girl but it wasn't that interesting :/)
