@@allthecommonsense Most of the properties we offer are held under foreign quota, which means that foreigners can buy them in freehold and have it registered under their name. The process is relatively simple: when a deal is reached, the buyer will pay a deposit (usually 10%) and complete the sale within one month or as negotiated. The buyer will then transfer foreign currency in Thailand, and with the Exchange certificate from the bank, they will be entitled to have the property transferred under their name.
