How much would the service costs be at a building like that? That is something most people forget to mention when showing properties in their videos.
You are looking at 10 baht per sqm. On this one it would be 1430 baht per month or $40.00 USD per month

Yep. Very little if any capital appreciation. Difficult to resell condos. Just because the owner asks 14.9 million doesn’t mean it’s worth that. Would be interested to know whether it sold.
Is there a sauna or steam room?
I don't think so but I'll very and let you know if I'm wrong.
No, there is no steam room either in the suite or in the building common amenities. However, this suite could easily convert the guest bathroom into a steam room if someone so desired. As I stated in the video, this is a very personal renovated suite. Very few would take 143 sqm or 1500 sq. ft condo and make a 1 bedroom. Most think in functionality than personal space.

That's a major luxury unit for sure very nice. But I would be concerned not only about the price tag, but the constant noise and fireworks coming from the beach area. I can get a House in Hua Hin with 3 bdr, 2bth with a pool and personal car port for $150K US or less. Another great vid for us. TY.
How much for long term lease for those spec's in HH? Approx range 👍
From what I'm seeing you can rent long term from around $500 to $900 depending on size of course. But still a great deal. Nothing like you find here in the states.@@evangelicalsnever-lie9792

I enjoy the videos you put out, I love that you start with "Hi Yall" I grew up outside of Atlanta, and I miss hearing yall. Do you know could a person buy beat condos and redo them like that one and flip them? Or would that be considered "working" Any thoughts? That condo is beautiful

There are people here doing this however there is much to consider like capital gains etc.
Pattaya condos are extremely difficult to resell. The word flip makes it sound like you intend to make fast money. I doubt it to be honest. I would only buy for own stay and only if you are committed to staying long term.
How much are they ? 14.9 that is an old building only one bedroom

Invest that large sum of money in income ETFs and use dividends to pay for living expenses like rent.
That's one approach.
