Dragon Ball AF is a fan manga written by Toyotaro (aka Toyble). It's supposed to take place after GT. It is in no way canon to any official timelines from Toriyama or Toei. Notably, Toyotaro was later chosen by Toriyama to be his successor, and he is the mangaka behind the Dragon Ball Super manga.
Canonically everything is now Canon just separate timelines and universes if it was made either of the two authors it is now canon and has been for awhile now they discussed this a few years ago when Toriyama was asked if The games of Xenoverse and the dragon ball heros was canon

This is Dragon Ball Af, its a fan manga that Toyotaro himself worked on with Young jiji, who is the current person doing the dragon ball super manga. Which technically now makes this a sorta official continuation of Dragon Ball Gt. Dragon ball Af is a good fan manga and one of the best in the franchise, i suggest taking a look.

DBAF is a really interesting fan manga. The idea of a SSJ5 (similar to a SSJ4) sounds like an awesome and it would be epic IF it was canon.
It was the OG fan transformation back in 2000's. It was even referenced in Little Fighter 4 Turbo as SSJ5 Woody

Because Broly is super popular, they kept bringing him back into the plot line and ultimately decided to keep him permanent by turning him into a good guy. You can thank Toyotaro for all that

The Whole point of Dragonball is supposed to be Martial Arts but looking at how monstrous Toriyama's creations became like Saiyans, Frost Demons, and Namekians, including Majins, Gods, and Angels, Akira Toriyama has his creation far surpass Kaioshins and even Dabura The Demon King of Hell. To think Dragonball was supposed to be capped at the strength of Kami and Evil King Piccolo but Toriyama says, " Not quite.. "
