Also I bought 15 packs of Frozen Throne and got the Litch King. I played all day today and only lost 6 matches out of 25 (three losses from arena). I've went 8-3 in my free arena run! Thanks a bunch bro and cheers!! You've taught me so much and I'm glad I finally get to use it. My current deck is a budget deathrattle Paly and I'm saving up for N'zoth to complete it!
In game 2 he remarks how strong a play it is to coin out Bloodfen and buff it with a topdeck Mark of Y'Shaarj and when presented with the same opportunity in game 3, he opted not to coin out the Raptor, which was rewarded with him topdecking the Mark. Funny how that works.

See, the problem with Ultimate Infestation is that it's a late-game card. It doesn't really do a whole lot if you get tempo'd out because you draw a ten drop immediately.
Latirin Issue is most druids don't play it late game. Seeing as they can ramp to 10mana in no time, have cards like locus to keep you out and play unbelievable indigestion to retain board control in ramp druid.
wow, each time opponents round turned the game around or made it clear kripp's not gonna win the next draw was "force of nature." i don't know why, but it felt interesting
I just came back to the game on launch day for the new set for the first time since TGT. I never remember arena being this hard when I played before from beta-tgt
Grant Miller I've actually used it in a lot of arena runs in frozen throne. It's MUCH better than Un'Goro, and its most definitely not shit. Get your head out of that gutter, and actually try it. Either that or you don't know how to play warrior. I'm not saying your bad at the game. I, for example, have almost never touched mage and i only use priest when I'm bored enough.
In my first 5 arena runs of the expansion I was always offered the same 3 classes to choose from: Priest, Warlock and Druid. Glad I never picked druid even out of curiosity.
Arena is absolutely terrible right now...These synergy draft in the first 2 picks is the worst change implemented ever. How did Blizzard think it was okay?
I legit was just complaining to a few buddies today about how arena seems so insanely hard right now. I've done 3 full arena runs and went 3-3 every time. But I mean, my wins were shit. And all choices of decks were shit. If I tried going elemental, I'd get Murlocs. If I tried going dragons, it'd switch to beasts. So frustrating. I never got a single legendary choice and my rare choices were horrendous. 3 losses I had with one deck saw 3-6 legendaries in each of the losses from the opponent. For now I'm sticking to ranked.
I got my first 0-3 in Un'Goro. KFT so far has been spectacular, no results under 2-3 yet and I'm barely below the gold I had when the expansion started.
This should pretty well summarize the state of Arena right now. So Blizzard, where exactly are those promises of changing things if they got bad again or if people didn't like the change itself?

That is a rough run, with what looked like an average at best deck. I had mixed results going 5-3. I won the first 5 games fairly easily (went second 4 times), but the last 3 I had terrible deals, bad mulls, and went first which felt like a disadvantage without solid 1-drops.
Almost went 0-3 when I got baited into picking Prince Keleseth in first round. Had to pass on a few good 2 drops and Keleseth didn't show up in any of the 5 games. Should have known it was a trap.

Yesterday I played what I think is my 3rd arena this expansion. I drafted 3 legendaries, including Baron Geddon. I got utterly stomped, even by a warrior at 0-2 who would do stuff like Violet Illusionist plus several weapons. Feels bad, man.
My cousin went 0/3 yesterday With a deck that containd: -x2 righteous protector -That 1 mana deathrattle give divine shield to a friendly minion -Bonemare -Tirion -Nzoth -7 deathrattle minions -3 taunts (one of them was stonehill protector) -igneous elemental -howling commander He had mostly perfect curve in his games still fuking lost all of them feels bad man
So it isn't just me. I've seen crazy synergies in arena since KFT, but somehow I did manage to get really really shitty picks and almost no synergies on all of my 12 runs. I didn't get farther than 6 wins. That was a mighty bummer. Didn't go 0-3 though. What's worse is that it kept offering me the same shitty picks. There was one run were I had to pick exactly three times in a row between the same trash tier rares. They just didn't show in the same order but man, did I feel ripped off. Especially when you see activated Princes at 0-0 games right after, and that yourself only have two cards that synergise. It was mindblowing.
Too add a perspective about the average player; me I'm a 8 win arena player but before the 12 win era. I average 6 wins now in the frozen throne era. It hard to get 6 wins during an expansion timeframe. I gets more difficult as the time goes on.
I drafted a deck with 5 legendaries and one of them was prince malchezar. I know I'm not a great player but I went 3-3 with that deck cuz I kept getting smorked. I knew something was up!
I'm not sure people realize how big of a deal this is, it could be an anomaly, but the fact a master of the arena mode (lets at least agree kripp is one of the best in the world at it, leaderboard domination proves that) can get scrubbed out 0-3 is staggering. How is the average or even slightly above average hearthstone player supposed to compete consistantly? this just shows more and more that arena has become a slot machine. Pull lever, pray, win or bust.
Once Kripp plays like 15-20 runs, he'll realize just how fucking awful the two synergy picks at the start of the draft are. Right now, he's in the dark. So expect a video on that designer fiasco pretty soon.
The 0-3 police came for me a week and a half ago. It was awful, three super amazing decks with 2+ amazing legendaries each. It was awful. They're coming for us all!

The fact that I find way more interesting his domestical shenanigans than how he have failed from the number one arena player is kinda curious.
