CO100 Hack

After a rather difficult decision I came to the decision to release this video. The original video has already been shown on UA-cam also Lock Noob has shown this as well at the request of Sparrows, my reason to do and release this as we have never been notified by any of our suppliers or Schlage that this needs to be fixed to protect our cxustomers

Hey Jeff, thanks for the video. I'm the french guys who find this hack :). I agree with you about Allegion noticing sales reps ! when you get the zip tie out, just pivot it side to side and pulling it gently, this way, the zip tie will not let pieces in the lock. Keep posting videos !

Nice demonstration, Schlage should send out repair parts to suppliers and then off to the service companies so when a tech shows up on site and there is a CO100 and it falls into the area of the fault then it can be repaired right away.

The little piece of plastic worked its way clear thus I never too k the lock of the door lock is working fine.
