Met this lady when I was a Global account manager at Xerox France. It was in a Starbucks in NY. She had this incredible talent to make you feel comfortable. She treated me as an equal. I was a young saleaman, she was the president, we have never met before, but she made me feel important, and an equal to her. One of my biggest lessons in my professional career.
Was working as a Personal Banker several years back. I had the pleasure of serving Annie's late husband Joseph on several occasions. He was a please and just overall great guy! I had one interaction with Anne during my time at the bank, and like the previous commenter mentioned, she has an incredible talent to make you feel comfortable. You wouldn't have known that she was the CEO of Xerox at the time. I'm glad to see she is sharing her knowledge with others.

Can you come save it again? It’s circling the drain.
